Had an awesome Impossible vegan burger late night when nothing else was open. Shruti was very nice and provided excellent service. Restaurant was very clean including the men’s restroom. First time at fat burger but won’t be the last. Thanks!

Perfect experience. Great fresh hamburger and they have the best onion rings anywhere. I had wonderful service by a man from India who was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

My Kingburger was lacking. It tasted like they're using low-quality meat, basically flavorless. Even the cheese really added nothing. The burger was dominated by mustard taste and lettuce, with the rest of the condiments being lost in the half-pound deluge of meh-meat. The thick fries were OK, again nothing special. They reminded me of Bob's Big Boy. I spent $18 for my burger and fries, no drink, and expected more quality. On the plus side, it's friendly service and a nice atmosphere, but I'll go someplace (and there are many) with a tastier burger next time.

My turkey burger was overly salty. We also wanted teriyaki on the chicken sandwich but they were out. Not impressed. Fat fries were good. Unfortunately we will be taking this place off our rotation.

The burgers were absolutely fantastic. The portion size was so good. It was packed of flavors and patty was very tasty. Had quick stopped there. The burgers didn't disappoint us. Price was okay.

Fatburger is still one of the best burger joints and this one in Thousand Oaks does not disappoint. Very clean and super friendly staff. Sachin a young man who made our Cookie Shakes was a super nice guy and he made a great shake. You can’t go wrong with this FatBurger.

Kid-friendliness: They had a chess board and connect four for the kiddos.

We have coming to this location for about 2 years now, we are usually served by Shuri, and she always does a wonderful job.The food is always hot and well prepared, staff is always friendly and eager to grab any odds or ends for your meal. The inside is always clean and not greasy.5 out 5 for a fast food place for sure the only minor thing I could think of is the wooden stools are a bit uncomfortable.Looking forward to eating here for many more years to come.I will mention the price is a bit higher then its competitors, but I can literally get 3 meals out of a double xxl chz burger so worth it for me.

Food at Fatburger is always good, but the service at this particular restaurant was amazing. It was clean, welcoming, and they even had a couple of games set out that we played while waiting for our food. Manager Trudy took excellent care of us and we will definitely return.

I LOVE fatburger. This place is a real community institution. Keeps me out of the pool halls and of the street. Big burger. Big fat burger. Yes! Come here, but only late at night, please! I am writing this from the restaurant and crying into my beer because i understand i will never be able to marry Neha. It saddens me, but i am full now.
