Liked the coffee until I asked for light ice and they told me that they would have to charge me extra for more coffee or they could give me less coffee to make up for the missing ice. I couldn't believe it!! After paying $7+ for a coffee, you would think requesting light ice wouldn't be a big deal. It's really the principle of it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! Plenty of other great small business coffee shops out there.

My most recent visit, I encountered a guy propping up a huge monitor to stay and do his work. Didn't seem to be frowned upon and I'm not sure I have a time limit but if I worked from home I would definitely spend part of my week here. Avocado toast is always solid and the guest roast was pretty good. I think they still v60 for pour over and sometimes that can be tricky in terms of consistency between baristas. Overall a great place for food, coffee and especially working or hanging out with friends

The vibes for this cafe were immaculate. Younger crowd. They have a more updated and creative menu but still have all of the classics. Decorated with records and paintings. Plenty of space to sit at a table inside or outdoors. Bar with outlets for computers. I wish I took a picture of the bathrooms. They were so cute and clean. Music was updated and fun. Service was amazing. Baristas answered all questions and offered recommendations. They have a specialty drink menu that changes monthly. Will be returning.

Met up with a friend here for the first time. It was packed. Friday around 2 pm. I tried their crepe and it was so good. I didn't realize they use buckwheat, no wonder I didn't feel guilty eating the whole thing. Hope we hit the less busy time next so we can get a table faster. I'm glad to have found this place in TO.

Got a special latte (honey cin lav) which was over $9 with tip. Overly sweet and didn't have the lavender topping I had requested. Took it back and asked for 1/2 sweet Lavender latte with lavender topping. Still no topping on the latte and the taste is certainly not worth $9. Too embarrassed to take it back again for the lavender topping which I was craving and went to the cafe for in the first place. What a waste of $9! Sticking to Longevity in the future!

Can't say enough good things about this place. The owners are awesome, staff is ALWAYS amazing, and the food is spot on, not to mention ton the coffee. If you have never been, you absolutely MUST go they rock.

Fantastic local coffee shop. The space is welcoming and open, with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and attentive! The coffee is high quality and very tasty. There are tons of flavor options and they have every type of milk substitute you might need. The smoothie bowls are delicious and they even have added style, great presentation. I've had their avocado toast before and it's GREAT. You can dress it up to be fancier or more simple but again the presentation is done very well. The only downside is the higher prices, but you get such high quality and presentation - plus it's a charming local spot- that it's worth the price tag.

My husband and I loved almost everything about our breakfast here. The only reason for knocking off a star is because of the Caprese toast. If you have Celiac you know that the size of our bread is much smaller than a typical piece of bread. This menu item consisted of: 1 piece of bread cut in half 2 small mozzarella balls cut in half 2 thin slices of tomato cut in half 2 rough chopped leaves of basil Balsamic glaze drizzle I legitimately started laughing when I saw my breakfast in comparison to my husbands. His croissant sandwich was loaded high with generous portions. His vanilla latte was delicious, as was my strawberry lemonade. It's homemade and had chunks of strawberries in it too. It's honestly the best I've ever had. We sat outside on their patio which is spaced out nicely. All of their food runners were super friendly and nice. (You order at the counter inside) I prefer to support local and absolutely will go back again! They just to have beef up the emaciated gluten free caprese toast.
