Had such an amazing time for my girlfriend's birthday and everyone took such great care of us. Whenever your there ask for chrissy the manager, she is the best. And you can't go wrong with any of the service.

Vegetarian options: There is a salad and amazing soups, but remember, they are known for their meat. So if you're uncomfortable around meat dishes, then you may want to prepare yourself.

Parking: There's plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: The food is amazing, and you get to choose.

Fogo de Chão is a great, unique option for fine dining in Thousand Oaks. I certainly recommend that you arrive hungry as you will without a doubt leave full. Definitely try their traditional Churrasco experience to be able to taste all the different cuts of meat. In addition their small self-serve “market table” as they call it is also quite excellent. There, you can find appetizers and small bites such as smoked salmon, soups, bread, etc. All of which were very good during my visit. Further, the wait staff and restaurant staff in general are absolutely fantastic!! Props to them for being so amazing, & paired with elegant surrounds & atmosphere, Fogo de Chão is certainly a contender for best restaurant in 1000 Oaks, I recommend it!!

Great place to eat and celebrate any occasion. Even if you just do the marketplace buffet alone, Fogo de Chao is worth going to. The atmosphere is casual and the food is upscale. I would recommend the pork belly, beef rib, and the picanha. ?‍?

Incredible experience, attentive service, and amazing food! Took my friend out for his birthday here and we were taken care of really well by Grazieli! The food, everything from the salad bar to the actual churrasco experience, was amazing. Beautiful cuts of meat, especially the picanha and the lamb picanha, were absolutely delicious. Thanks Grazi and staff for making my friends birthday an unforgettable experience!

Today was my second time coming here and the food was excellent again and our server Grazi was the icing on the cake! She's knowledgeable on Brazilian cuisine and so friendly and fun! I actually met her my first time there and she provided the same above and beyond service then too! It really is a treat when you find a server who's both knowledgeable and friendly at any establishment you go to. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone at Fogo de Chao!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Fogo de Chão in Thousand Oaks for their happy hour, and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, with warm lighting, elegant décor, and a cozy yet upscale vibe that made it perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or colleagues. Our server, Grazie, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations, ensuring our experience was top-notch from start to finish.

The happy hour selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious small plates and refreshing cocktails. The small plates, love the chicken sliders! And the cheese bread - love them. The HH burger was a particular standouts, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Grazie was quick to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

Overall, the combination of the beautiful atmosphere, great service, and delectable food makes Fogo de Chão’s happy hour a must-visit in Thousand Oaks! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

I do have to say, I've noticed that the service isn't as good as it was when they first opened, though. The waiters aren't as friendly and attentive. But overall, it was still a great experience and a great deal for lunch! I'll definitely go back.

There is plenty of parking in the back or street parking in front. They have happy hour deals and also have a bar/patio out front with awesome scenery.

9/30/2024. Went this past Saturday around 2 PM. It wasn't busy and we were greeted immediately. We went to the bar and it's a weird set up. You don't sit at the bar. They have these 4 person outcroppings you sit at and someone comes around and serves you. Except in this case, we sat there for almost 15 minutes before we decided to leave. Made eye contact with multiple staff and nobody offered to get us a drink or acknowledge us. Still leaving the 5 stars but the bar is weird and I don't know if I'm going back. Whoever designed this should re-think their bar design skills because this blows.
