Fosters Donuts is one of the last surviving great donut shops from the 70’s. When donuts were made right, dense, rich, heavy and sweet no bs bread like donuts. Fosters and old school original recipe Winchells donuts are a great Southern California tradition.

What is the better way to start the day than some donuts and bagels
She is out of most donuts. Not friendly And overcharges for any payment other than cash. She points to a sign SHE made, pretending it’s the law. I went to Star donut a couple blocks away and the donuts were much bigger and tastier and no overcharging for using a debit card.
Best donuts in Ventura county. Hands down.
The apple fritter is never oily and the edges are perfect! The maple flavoring they use never tastes like chemicals which is how many donut shops maple tastes these days. I love their maple old fashioned and maple bar (long john if you’re from the Midwest or east coast). I stop here any time I’m within 5 miles because they are just that good.

Best, freshest donuts in town (or honestly, in much of LA). Always light and fluffy, never heavy or greasy feeling, delicious frosting flavors. The owners are lovely - I often go in before 6am and they accommodate my requests without hesitation. Even when I’m traveling down to LA, I get donuts from them. Truly my favorite donut shop.
Best OG donuts, the quality and selection is excellent. They are always quick to serve people in the line. My go place!

Hands down - one of the best donut shops in the area and well worth the occasional wait. Weekends can have long lines, but the selection, quality, service and staff is always amazing.
We have been coming here for years and it is always hard to make a decision on which classics to get and which new flavors to try
The Bacon Maple Bar is a house favorite along with the old fashioned and frosted cake donuts. Their glazed, twists and fritters are light, fluffy and tasty.
But if you’re in for something different - their breakfast croissants are the bomb!
The owners and staff are amazing, always friendly and keep the line moving.
I can confidently say that if you haven’t tried Fosters - you’re missing out and it’s well worth the treat and sweet calories 🍩
Kid-friendliness: Yup! Kids love donuts and donuts love kids 😉

The Doughnuts were definitely soft but there’s something off with the flavors. Service was awesome though!
