Fresh Brothers Pizza Westlake Village

Antonio provided outstanding customer service! I was really impressed with how well he managed the restaurant — he made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this Fresh Brothers location!

Guy at the counter was super accommodating, made me feel welcome, made me a great pizza. I'll be coming back for sure.

I came in to order a lunch special today (pizza/salad) and was told that it would be 12 minutes. I told the employee that I was going next door to Barnes and Noble and would come back to get my order to go. I was at Barnes and Noble for 20 minutes and returned to Fresh Brothers to be told that it would be 5 minutes before my pizza was ready and it made me very confused. I decided to just sit there and be okay with it until I looked over at a family who had a child eating a pizza that clearly had MY name written on the box. I immediately said something to the employee and he said that they were there, and I was not, so they gave them MY pizza instead of the one that was not ready yet. I was in a rush to get my child from school and purposely placed my order prior to running the errand at the book store so it really was not fair that they decided the priority was for somebody already there- no matter what I was doing, my pizza should have been ready for me in the order in which it was ordered. I won't be returning.

I had a truly delightful experience at this Fresh Brothers Pizza in Westlake/Store 4. The lunch special is reasonably priced. The food i delightfully 😋 delicious. The food tastes as if the Chef Victor personally prepared my Pizza 🍕 with me in mind. Cashiers, Etti and Bryan were most friendly and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restroom is clean. I trust that much of this is due to the staff being lead by a great manager, Antonio. They all represent the Fresh Brothers franchise well. I will definitely return and recommend friends and family patronize this restaurant. GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU ALL DESERVE RECOGNITION FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I 👏 applaud you.

Right on the money! Charcotta is my go to, but every pie I’ve tried has been top notch. Fri welt service over the phone made placing and picking up my togo order very easy. Parking is busy but the lot is large and cars come and go frequently.

I’m not a fan of their food (pizza, wings, salad) but they do have vegan cheese which is great for our kids with dairy and nut allergies. Kids meal can ONLY have cheese or pepperoni, no other toppings can be added or substituted

First place I've seen with personal size (7") cauliflower crust pizza. The triple pepperoni is on cauliflower crust is delicious!

This was my first time going to fresh brothers and the service was terrible. Waited over 45 min for food that was sitting on a shelf getting cold. When asked about my order, the guy in the front did not remember me. He also overcharged me when I checked my credit card later that night. They definitely need to find more employees .

Cheese pizza was good enough but the chicken and arugula salad was sub par. The arugula and other spring greens were accompanied by their stick-like stems, some4 and 5 inches long giving the salad the consistency of what I imagine a birds nest would be like if you tried to take a bite out if one. Very disappointing. Will not recommend and will not return.I should have listened to my little voice that wondered why some other restaurants nearby were packed and this place was empty.

I love their Vegan pizza! Thank you, Fresh Brothers, for providing us with Vegan options. Today was my first visit to this location. We were catching a movie at the Cinépolis movie theater and decided to get something to eat before the movie started. The restaurant is small, clean, with outside seating. They ran out of the Coke Zero in their fountain, so Alexandra immediately took care of it! She also took our order and ensured everything tasted how we liked it.

Boo! Person taking order kept wiping his nose. Didn’t bother telling me that you have to order and pay extra for ranch/blue cheese dressing for wings until after I walked back in after checking my order to ask for some. Didn’t give us a fork for the side salad either. Forget that. I should have walked out when the guy was wiping his nose. Im afraid to eat the wings!!!Won’t be going back to Fresh Boogers, I mean “Brothers”!

I got food poisoning from your pizza. I was sick for 2 days. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I had to go the hospital because it was so bad.
