Wow I have to say that was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time. We were looking for a vegan breakfast restaurant in Thousand Oaks. With a lot of doubt, we walked in to this omelette place this morning and asked the waiter if they have a vegan dish. He suggested a vegetable stir fry with potatoes & avocado, so we set down and had their great coffee while our “not on the menu” food was getting ready. They served us a nice portion veggie-n-potatoes dish, nicely decorated with avocado slices on top. From the first bite it was like heaven....
On a rare weekday off for my wife, we decided to try Bo's House of Omelettes & Waffles. We had been YEARS ago when it was Harold's House of Omelettes what had been around since 1961, but hadn't returned since it became Bo's.
We had a great time! The food was good, staff was friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. If you'll looking for a breakfast place in Thousand Oaks... especially one with some history... try out Bo's!
