Holdren's serves the best salmon with tropical fruit medley with mashed potatoes. It just has a great blend of flavors. My husband chose filet medallions with the twice baked potato. When the meals arrived we decided to split both so we could enjoy both types of food. DELICIOUS 😋 The perfect ending to celebrate our anniversary was the cheesecake that just melted in our mouths. Great service and ambiance too!!
Good food! The ahi was delicious! The ribeye was good, just slightly over what I wanted. The lemon tart has great flavor, but the crust was very soggy. All in all, it was a good meal. I just expected a bit more attention to details as well as better service.
We've been to Holdren's Santa Barbara, and recently Holdren's Newbury Park. The food is consistent at both locations. The service is consistent at both locations. But we prefer Newbury Park because the interior feels less crowded, and the noise level is much lower. The parking is definitely more convenient, too. The food is great! Filet Mignon is always perfectly cooked, and still one of the only steak houses where choice of salad comes with the entree which makes...
