The service here is just a awesome as their food. The employees at this location are professional but still kind and VERY patient. My orders are usually extra this and take off that and they dont get irritated like ALOT of other employees at other fast food restaurants. They are awesome 👏🏻

When I get hungry and I don't have t to much money I just start thinking about jack in the es box the food is good and cheap prices tha you can feed yourself any day any time all the time when I go there I spend 10 to 15 dollars max and after I feel so good 👍

The “Manager” claimed it never happened and their explanation to a “Senior” discount was it’s has to be a Drink Purchase with a non combo menu item….talk about ignorance and with nothing posted for seniors in any specific manor of mentioned rules to even acquire said advantage that’s offered by Corporate J&B.
Food was standard Drive Through grub and what you would expect from Jack, Sans the Need to EVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
Go to Any other J&B location and they’ll GLADLY OFFER YOU A SENIOR/Military/1St-Responder discount in this terrible Economy where Fast Food is as much as Outback Steak House lol! 🫤

Just ordered a Fav Box, Onion rings, curly fries, tiny taco and churros... And side od donut holes
Everything was overcooked. The curly fries were like the last bits and pieces in the bottom of the tray.
Since I drove through. I had to pull out of lone to wait for my food.
The store wasn't busy...
It seemed like they didn't give much care of the food preparation.
This location needs supervision.

The cashier was friendly, quick and responsive.
The order was accurate.
The dining room and restroom appeared to be well maintained, especially when compared to other restaurants of this type in the area.
Pleasant, clean, comfortable seating, hot food and friendly staff. Definitely would visit there again.
I feel like this review requires a bit of clarification. I try to keep my reviews fair, and part of fairness is based on expectations of what something SHOULD be. I gave this review 5 stars... for a Jack in the Box... Now this doesn't mean that I like this Jack in the Box more than some other more fancy restaurants that I may have given a lesser rating to. I'm rating this against ones expectation of what a Jack in the Box could and should be. Are you with me?
My son really enjoys Jack in the Box as something different. We don't go that often, but it's a fun treat every now and then. Myself as a Keto person, Jack in the Box is very good about doing anything you ask for as lettuce wraps. Other places will do it, but too many places meet your with blank stares like I just asked them to solve s Rubik's cube... where JITB just does what you ask. Additionally, they have more options than your typical fast food place. I love In N Out, and either get something protein style or a Flying Dutchmen... but after so many times, it gets old... and at JITB, they have some variety. Wish they had a grilled chicken sandwich... that's a place where they could improve.
But that's all JITBs... why does THIS one get 5 stars? First of all, it's very clean. NOT something that can be said for most of them. In fact, I usually only use the drive throughs when going to JITB, but there are two things about THIS one that make me want to go in:
1. They have one of those AMAZING soda machines that give you every option imaginable! As a lover of soda (when going to a restaurant), but someone who can only zero sugar drinks, this machine makes you feel like a kid again! I can get Zero Sugar Orange soda! Hell, I could get Zero Sugar GRAPE soda! I could mix and match until my hearts content! All with Zero sugar! That's super fun, I won't lie.
2. It's actually clean. I can't remember the last time I actually went into a fast food restaurant and ate there! But you can here and feel good about it.
The staff is also typically very kind. This last time my order was taken by Angel (according to the receipt) and she was great. They even made one mistake in the kitchen, and she took care of it right away, easy-peasy.
So is this Jack in the box my new favorite place to go? No, of course not... BUT... whenever we're in the food for it, THIS will absolutely be the one that we go to.

This is the best jack in the box location so far in Ventura County. In the time that I have been coming here, my order is always fresh, out in time, and never wrong. Not once. I really like the staff here. They all do a really good job!
