Every Jack in the Box that I have been to accept this store always serves me my food at the drive thru window. Every time I order a grilled chicken sandwich at this location they ask me to wait for it in the parking lot. I called to speak to the manager and the manager is not at the store and supervisor refused to speak to me on the phone. I will no longer eat at your store. 9:00 AM order Saturday 03-23-2024

Friendly and helpful inside ordering. Order ready in a timely fashion. Like the vanilla ice coffee, supreme croissant and crispy hash browns. Looking forward to trying the classic all white grilled chicken wrap.

This particular Tacobell is to put it mildly DISGUSTING!!! First I asked to use their restroom and when I walked in ... OMG!!! It smelled like vomit so bad I just left. Then I had ordered mt one item of which I waited 10 minutes for and the place had no customers. They completely forgot about my food! The service sucks the people are rude as ever. I will never go to this ... Whatever it is AGAIN!!!

really sad how low quality fast food restaurant is. I know it's "fast food" but still i'm still expecting quality and good service. the lady in the drive thru rushed us on our order, could barely get words out. secondly the order was wrong when we got it and we even pulled up to wait in the parking lot like she asked. poor service and poor food, if I could rate lower I would. the quality of the food tasted like it had been sitting for days and it was cold): most of it went to the trash bc it wasn't even a bit tasty.

The food is exactly what I expected but that's not what this post is about.We are sitting here in the drive through at 10am on 9/28 and there's an employee scrubbing the sidewalk. He's singing and working really hard and fast and SMILING. A job I'm sure a lot of people would not do. And he's out there just doing his absolute best. I hope management sees this. I hope he gets a promotion.
