What's to say? It's a Jamba with everything I'd expect. Good stuff. I'm glad that Jamba has their dairy free options right there.

Went To Jamba Juice around 11:40Am, three employees were currently working, and no one welcomed nor said anything to me. Waited at the register to pick up my items and the three employees had their backs turned to the register, and didn't bother helping me until a line started to build. One of the three, a girl, turned around and i notified i had an order for pickup. Still didn't say anything to me walked away grabbed my drinks. Still not saying anything and helped the next person. Didn't receive straws, didn't even get acknowledged. For paying $20 for two smoothies, i was expecting better service. If this is their service Jamba expects, pretty disappointed with the lack of service. Please get in contact with management thank you.

Apparently they close all their machines down 30 minutes prior to closing and are too lazy to make a wheat grass shot "since they cleaned the machine already" if you come in at 630pm on a Friday. F for customer service

Friendly and speedy service. All the Jambas closed in the Ventura area, so had to stop by since I was in the area.

Always friendly, nice place to sit outside by the fountain. Drinks are always made in a timely manner and I've never had any mistake made. In fact, recently I ordered a new drink to try and I really didn't like it. I was going to go purchase a new drink and wasn't gonna complain, but they insisted on just making me something I like. That's great customer service!
