Absolutely AWFUL!!!! The bowl was 1/2 full Doesn't look at ALL like their photo of the item When I questioned it, the employee said it was exactly to guideline measurements and ingredients He offered to add another banana After I looked closely, I noticed the granola was completely missing! So- he added a scoop on top Ugh So frustrating!!!

Even though I was there on time for my online ordered Acai bowl, it still came melted and belgian waffles were not as crispy as last time

Just sent my son in to the store to pick up an online order. He was in there too long. I went in to see what the hold up was and when I ask my son he says she hasn't asked him what he needs. She's just ignoring him. Leah flat out ignored him, didn't ask what he needed, nothing. I ask Leah, did you not see him or are you ignoring him? Leah mumbles something under her breath. I left. I get it that good help is hard to find but customers will be difficult to come by if this continues

Ordered a strawberry surf rider and it just tasted like lemon :( drink wasn't even filled to the top of the cup (like 85% filled)

Very good juice. It was delicious while it lasted. My only regret is not ordering a larger size drink. Love this place and the workers. Will come back for more juice for sure.

Have been going this location off and on for years. Very low energy place these days. They seem overwhelmed. Maybe a staffing issue. It was too awkward just standing there waiting so I just left, with just 3 customers in the store. I do also get annoyed at businesses that put the "must wear a mask" sign on the door but don't enforce it. Dude standing on one side with no sign of any mask. Woman on other side wearing mask as chin bra. Just take the sign down if you're not going to enforce it. I don't have a problem with that.

I frequent this Jamba 2-3x's/wk spending upwards of $200/mo. The young people need some support, especially on the weekends. I phoned my order in and it took 10 min to get there and 15min to receive the juice. There were eight customers, four without masks. Only two employees present when I arrived and another showed up while there. Management needs to help them feel efficient at their jobs because they were all working hard. Time for me to dust off the juicer because I will be hesitant to return.

This is a clean store with quick service. Love their variety of food and drinks but management should not reprimand an employee in front of customers! I told the person helping me that I needed two small drinks and she suggested 1 small drink split in 2 and that was perfect, well Joshua (the manager or person in charge) told her "don't offer to split it, unless they ask, it takes away from our inventory". That was not only inappropriate but terrible customer service! The person who was helping me did the absolute right thing, providing great service is what this is all about. Shame on you Joshua, think twice before you speak.

Just was at Jamba Juice, at this location. I ordered a drink and a waffle. I even showed the dude the ingredients for my drink so there is no way to get it wrong. It Shouldn't be hard right? Well he repeated my order back to me then I payed & proceeded to sit there for so long while he heated up waffles food 4 the 3 girls that were all together who were in front of me. I sat there waiting for my 1 waffle & drink, When my drink was finally ready, with no waffle with it I asked where my waffle is & the employee acted like I never ordered one, so he didn't charge me 4 one apparently. I stated I most definitely did & told him that he even repeated the order back to me verbally so wtf? That's not my fault, It's his. He then said to give him a minute and he'll charge me for it and then I can continue to wait longer for him to deal with it. Seriously? Yeah I'm good. nothing but a complete waste. My drink sucked and is wrong. I just left & as I'm walking out he sarcastically told me to have a good day when he just definitely affected my day negatively. Thanks a lot. Jamba Juice is way overpriced & it's ridiculous that the service is this poor. It's rad cuz I specifically came there for a waffle and left with a crappy drink, irritated mood, money wasted & no waffle. Definitely will not be returning. GO ELSEWHERE. Don't waste your time or money.

I love going to Jamba Juice with my family! It's just such a shame I have to leave a bad review! JONATHAN refused service to the African American lady in front of us in line for not wearing her mask fully over her nose! "I REFUSE TO SERVE YOU! YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!" What JONATHAN didn't realize was she is a stage 4 cancer patient on oxygen! He was so rude to me as well and had such a bad attitude! I felt so bad for the lady I bought her a Jamba Juice! That is when she told me about her battle with cancer! The lady was pretty set on racial discrimination and told me she was going to contact her lawyer. When Jonathan is gone my family and friends will return to that Jamba Juice and quickly remove this comment. We thought the owners she know!
