Good food and service but the quality of the meet should be better (too much fat had to cut it out with scissors) . Grill was too hot, started to burn right away. Had to lower it myself twice.

Not so friendly , also they close half an hr sooner than what it says online!
I’m not sure if this place is actually Korean. Everything from the sides to the mains tasted super off. We didn’t do the ayce bbq which may be fine but the Korean dishes we got were actually some of the worst Korean food I’ve ever had :( not a good representation of Korean food sadly - I hope they hire someone Korean to improve the non-bbq menu

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this establishment.
I arrived at 6:30 pm on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was at about half capacity. The place itself was nice and clean. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation. The hostess was kind and allowed my party to sit 10 minutes before our reservation. However, the rest of my experience was disappointing.
My server was inattentive. After waiting for half an hour to receive the plates I ordered, and after following up several times, I asked another waiter for the same order. He responded kindly and we promptly received our order. After several subsequent failed attempts at receiving our food, I once again asked another server for our order. Our party’s waitress overheard my request and angrily told the waiter that she had already handled my request. Furthermore, the grill was seldom replaced which made it difficult to properly cook the food.
The food itself was subpar. Many of the plates were extremely salty.
You are better off spending your hard-earned money at another establishment.

Way better than Gen in Oxnard. Also the grills cook the BBQ super fast too. The food was pretty good quality and our service was super fast. Definitely would come again.

First time and was not my vibe at all!! Not a big fan of all you can eat. I prefer quality over quantity!

While the restaurant maintains a clean environment, and the staff is both friendly and attentive, especially considering the lunchtime rush, I found the food quality lacking. The shrimp, unfortunately, lacked juiciness, and the seasoning was unevenly applied, resulting in an unbalanced flavor profile. I was also disappointed with the spicy pork bulgogi, as it lacked the depth of flavor and spice I anticipated, leaving both texture and taste underwhelming. Additionally, the dumplings arrived undercooked and overly oily, which impacted the overall dining experience.
Based on these issues, I’m unlikely to return, as I believe there are other establishments that deliver a more satisfying culinary experience.

Nice place. While you could order a’la carte, you’re going to get the full up $36/person all you can eat, because it’s cheaper if you’re eating more than 2 or 3 items (and you will).
The food came out at the right pace, and they swapped out the cooking surface when it got all gunked up (if you cook something with a sugary sauce, it burns onto the surface).
Thin sliced Rib Eye, Lemon and Garlic Chicken Thighs, Pork belly, spicy pork shoulder, boneless short ribs, chicken breast bulgogi - it was all good. The kimchi was nice, fairly mild: They might have a more spicy one if you ask. Most excellent pickled daikon, esp with the chicken.
Went at 6PM on a Friday, and there was plenty of room.
Next time we’ll try the calamari and shrimp. It would be nice to get the japchae separately, but it seems only to come with the super duper combo.
Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids there with families, and they weren’t complaining. I don’t know that they have a specialized menu (forking out $36 all you can eat for a small appetite seems excessive)
Wheelchair accessibility: Looks wheel chair accessible. No steps getting in, wide aisles, and the tables can accommodate a wheelchair. Didn’t check restrooms.

My family saw many good reviews of this restaurant, we love Korean BBQ and went on Thursday evening. The service is good, staff was friendly and if our waitress was busy, others came to help.
The miso was good, and everything was downhill after that.
The beef bulgogi was pretty good. The shrimp was not edible, the rib eye was cut thin and yet still very tough. Although we enjoyed a family dinner, we all agreed we would not return.

Slow service and having beef tongue be behind a premium menu that's 65$ per person is a stupid and money hungry cash grab. Very disappointed ?!

Best Korean BBQ we've been to in this whole region. Possibly best atmosphere and service ever. Classy, works for family, date night, special dinners, and groups. Totally worth it if you're not sure. I hate that it took us so long to try it out!! Bonus: TVs showing sports/Olympics all around the restaurant, multiple channels.
Vegetarian options: Veggies you can order over and over- zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, and more. Beyond Burger, and tofu.
Kid-friendliness: They accommodated our son with cherries for his Perrier water and made him feel special. He also liked the dumplings and egg rolls.
