Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an order at 8:30 PM on the app drove all the way to the store. I was told they’re out of bread bull crap. They closed early and didn’t want to make my sandwich.

The food is a notch above any other sandwich shop!

Wonder if they sanitize the entire store after having rodents roaming around the store.

Crowded. Didn't do what I said. I said just turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. They did their standard sandwich with mayo and provolone.

Best Jersey mikes I have been to. This was the first Jersey Mike's. I went to great customer service. Always friendly, always nice. I will travel far just to come to this jersey Mike's, because out of all of them, I have tried this was the first one and the best one and they care about their customers

On line order. Got home and discovered my wheat bread sandwich was not wheat but white bread, the no lettuce order was double lettuce with no spicy mustard as order?
How can get that so wrong?
I guess I need to open the order before taking home if I go again.

Wait was 40 minutes and they cancelled my delivery order. Who doesn’t accept deliveries?

Staff was very friendly. I arrived at dinner time. Unfortunately; there were 8 customers and only 2 workers, so the process was slow. This was not at all the staffs fault. They were doing great, but you could tell it was stressing them a little with only two of them having to prepare a long line of hungry people.

Unfriendly staff. They clearly don't want any customers. No smiles or thank you, just rude teens with attitudes. Waste of time going here.

I have been going to this store for a long time. Food has always been wonderful but I also get a large ice tea. The past 3 times I have got the tea its been fermented. When you place new tea in the container you have to throw out the old tea and clean the container. This last time there I could smell it at the beverage center before I even poured the tea. This is a no brainer. My ice tea is very important with my sandwich. I would hate to go to another location because that’s my only complaint. Thank you!

My husband just returned with a sandwich made by a young man who did a very poor job. He Put the meat on in rolled up clumps. Sandwich so that when I opened the package when he got home it just everything just rolled out of the bun. My husband had ordered a number 7 Mike's way which is our favorite... but not tonight.... Until tonight's visit we have really enjoyed your sandwiches!
