Two times in a row I have order on the app and they screwed up my order. Both times I was charged $4.95 for banana peppers and when I got home no banana peppers. Today they forgot to include a bag of chips I ordered. They have charged me $9.10 for banana peppers and the cost of a bag of chips. I tried to call and get they to refund me for the errors in my order and they never answer the phone. It is not about the money, it is about customer service. Once you leave the store it no longer exists. I am done with this location.

Food is always great and people preparing are great, but girl on counter forgets customer orders once they pay and gives out orders place after yours, doesn't know how to keep track of orders it seems. This is the 2nd time in a month she is there and I get soggy sandwich since it sits while she gives out every else order, I try letting her know can I get my food it's right there. Next time I see her won't go in.

I order my 2 sandwiches Mike's way and they didn't do it. My sandwiches were very dry. The employees seemed to be distracted there were about 4-5 employees and they still couldn't get my order correct. Very disappointing especially since I spend over $30.

Worst run place in the whole chain. Never seen a slower place in my life - forget about online ordering. If you have an hour just come in. They take every walk in before they even think about online ordering. What a joke. t least I was really hungry by the time they finally got around to making my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway.

Worst jersey mikes, today i picked up my order and everything was disgusting, soggy and did not have the EXTRA ingredients that i PAID extra for, i asked for portabello mushrooms and extra cheese and white bread, when i got there it has been over 25 minutes from ordering online and guess what? They did not have it done and the older lady had a nasty attitude, so i had to sit and wait for it to be ready, once im home i notice its the wrong bread, i was right in front of them so why did they not tell me there was no white bread, i cant eat rosemary for reasons. I need a full refund cause this is not the first or second time this happens it is ridiculous at this point. I try contacting online and it does nothing, no email works.

Everyone here is always fantastic! The shop is always clean, and even when there is a long wait, it moves along pretty quickly.I'm writing this review specifically for Cody. I have been here several times while he's working, and I have to say, if I owned this branch I would be so grateful to have him as an employee and representative of my business. He is always upbeat, friendly, accommodating, and just a pleasure to interact with! I'm not sure if a manager reads this or not, but if so please let him know what a great job he does!

This location is consistent , I don't think I have ever had an order be made wrong. I usually order online and pick up and it's usually ready by the time stated in the app. I've also Door Dashed a few times and the sandwiches arrive well packed and when we order hot sandwiches they're still nice and warm by the time they get here. It's always clean inside regardless of time of day or who is working and the crew here is always nice. I think the Italian #13 is their best sandwich. Definitely sign up for their rewards systems so you can earn free sandwiches. My go to sandwich place in Newbury Park by far.
