Her fellow employees were not enthusiastic, kind or friendly, but you can tell it doesn’t bring her down. She enjoys what she does and it brings a smile to other people’s faces

Split a sandwich with my fiancé two nights ago. It was the only thing we ate for dinner, did not have anything else that night, and we both had severe headaches, stomach pains and explosive diarrhea. Clearly Norovirus, courtesy of an employee who did not wash their hands and/or coughed/sneezed on our food. Will never eat at this establishment again. Absolutely disgusting. DONOT EAT HERE, UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!

I have been a loyal customer of this particular Jersey Mikes location. Today August 30th late afternoon I went in and order 3 different subs. The large one they forgot to charge me and had to ring it up separately, no big deal. A couple of hours later when my wife opened the Extra large Tuna sub their was literal almost no tuna on it, plus nothing else! No anything at all. Just tuna and bread! I tried calling and after the third attempt a very rude young woman answered the telephone, lying to me that their was no manage on duty and then proceeded to tell me to call another time she was to busy to speak with me and just hung up the phone. That is one of my big pet peeves. I decided to get dressed after a very long day and go personally to the store. I saw the manager who was not supposed to be there and he was as rude and unaccommodating as could be. He told me I would need my receipt, of which I did not take when it was offered. I further that the charges were on my credit card or he could see from the large amount of points I have amassed which I don't use so when they add to a lot I buy lunch for my employees. Carlos further refused and help until I persisted. He finally although completely hesitant refunded the grand total of $17.00 and change. I asked him the name of the young lady who hung up on me and then very forcefully demanded I do not talk to the staff and leave the store. I am completely astonished to Carlos's behavior. If this is truly a regional manager who openly told me how bad all his staff is and this is a company wide issue, I would be very surprised he is the best that Jersey Mikes can offer as management. I will use up my points for my staff, and NEVER EVER WALK BACK INTO ANY JERSEY MIKES locations.

Part 1: I've tried to order food online at 8:30pm a couple times, the system will not let you. Closing time says 9:00pm but they're shutting down the online ordering 30 minutes early? This is a little excessive. 10 or 15 minutes before closing seems reasonable.Part 2: I've also called this location several times on different occasions between 8--8:30pm and the kids you have working here will not answer the phone to take an order. Then when I drive there, NO customers in sight. I'll call while in the store and they will not answer the phone. I would strongly suggest you check on your employees more often, especially in the evenings to see if they are taking orders via the phone. 3 to 4 employees doing close to nothing and not willing or able to answer the phone, really?You should just close at 8:30 and save money on your labor.

It’s really sad how employee don’t understand the importance of cleanliness. I was just at this location before the rude employee refused service to another customer because she asked him to change his gloves. He was wiping the counter continuously before she could order with the same gloves that he was going to fix her sandwich with. When she asked him to change before he touched her food. His response was I’m not making your sandwich and then went and grab the cheese she asked for to slice for the person that was making the sandwich. She was nice and said this is why I asked you to change your gloves before you touch my food. He instantly said to her do you have a problem. She responded again nice and said I just ask you to change you gloves. He proceeded to be combative with her. Then refuse her service. The world is coming out of a pandemic and other disease are surfacing. I still don’t understand why he had an issue with her asking him to change his gloves. When she walked out. I did too because that’s nasty and he wiped several times wiped those gloves. I didn’t want food from there after I witness the unsanitary behavior. The state board need to pay them a visit.
