Incompetent employees and computer system. Lost most orders for customers who ordered on kiosks tonight. All staff need retraining. This place desperately needs a new computer system. We were actually told by one employee to reorder and then contact our bank for a refund on our original order! Limited ability to speak English by key staff person was not helpful either. Also, chicken seemed Saltier than usual. Will NOT return!

I love KFC but the issue I have with the chicken is that it sits in the food warmer and becomes dry and firm. So the only time I will buy chicken is at 10:30 am when it first opens. After that time it's hit and miss as to its moisture and dryness. It's easier to cook ahead and not, as needed to make the staff assured of product. First in first out only provides quality if the chicken is not prepared too far in advance. So the great taste of KFC is always questionable. When I was there the employee that frys the chicken took his employee meal from the chicken just prepared adjacent to the fryers and not from the front holding warmers. He knows what's fresh and what isn't.

Ordered online and some of the items weren't available it turns out so had to subsitute with food we didn't want. Some of the fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were good but the whole process and overall quality is not good.

The food took a long time because there was only one person at cashier and one person in the back!
Food is good. Workers are friendly. Menu board doesn't display everything they have; you need to look at their website. And they tend to stack all of the hot food on top of the cold items (cole slaw).

Ordered take out got home and served the food. Ordered the double dunk meal. Was shorted on tenders and on poppers. Tried calling to speak to someone but no answer and it hangs up on you. Not happy. Last time I order from this place. Not the first time this has happened.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken to take away and a classic chicken sandwich to take away but one of the pieces of chicken came out with a lot of oil... and it seems like it was yesterday and the other one came out raw 🤮🤮🤮 how do you think one can recommend a place like this please be more careful one can get sick... it's a restaurant the managers should pay attention to what they sell please be careful if you buy fried chicken there
