When I go to this Kentucky fried chicken. The owner is so nice that instead of throwing food out he’ll give you whatever extra food he has for free. So I have to say that was outstanding and not many people do that these days.

NOT HAPPY! Just spent $51 on dinner for my family. I ordered a 12 piece meal. I received 1 leg 2 thighs, 3 breast, and 6 wings. Tried calling manager but no answer. Mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. Ridiculous!

All tables were dirty. Had to clean my own table and the lady at front gave me attitude when I asked for napkins.
I don't eat KFC often, maybe once or twice a year. Upon entering this location I immediately noticed the smell. It reminded me of Walmart in Oxnard. Like dirty diapers and body odor. The restaurant was FILTHY. There were greasy fingerprints covering every inch of glass on the doors and every single window. The counter was dirty and sticky. The worst part was the service. The woman standing behind the counter was in a foul mood. She didn't say hello or smile, she said absolutely nothing. Just mean mugged me from across the counter. It was at this exact moment I knew I'd never step foot in a KFC as long as I live. I left and got a Pizza from Butler's.

Westlake Village. Took 25 minutes to get order and they forgot fries. Got home and box fell apart and chicken was soggy and squished together so we were disgusted - Maybe good enough for dog food! Will never eat at KFC anywhere again. Even my little kids would not touch chicken. Colonel Sanders must be rolling over in his grave.
