I am finished eating at Latino Market after eating their food for YEARS. I took a break a year ago after a bad experience. I returned again but after a few visits. My journey at Latino Market has ended. The quality and consistency has gone down the last few years. I ordered a simple burrito. The rice and beans had no taste. The meat had zero taste and dry. Probably from yesterday. Plus, the chunks of fat was disgusting (Do not add pieces of fat in your meat) I did not finish my burrito and went straight to the garbage can. I am simple person and not a picky eater. I have probably eaten 1.5 million burritos in my time. I only ask for consistency and effort in your craft. Mercado Guadalajara burrito's are consistent with the same yummy taste every single time. I hope management take this serious because its your business.

Ordered no beans and rice in the burrito, there was beans and rice. Selected up to 6 salsas per burrito while ordering online, no salsas or sides in the bag. Latino Market is hit or miss these days. I've been going for decades and it just isn't the same recently. Prices are up, quality is down, and the order is rarely correct.

Price Sensitive- I would not suggest frequenting this restaurant. While prices have remained the same, the managment now offers prepared sandwiches that are half the size. This is outragious and unacceptable. When owning a restaurant, unless the proprietor owns the property, lease rates on retail property makes it prohibitive to operate a restaurant. This owner should close the doors. Many people I know that have frequented this restaurant for many years, will never return. When will they learn that there are three things that make a restaurant successful. Quality of food; Service; and above all, a fair price. One cannot fool the consumer by keeping prices the same and giving half the portions......They never learn until they have to close the doors.
Terrible. Been going here for 20+ years and the burrito they handed me today was no bigger than a Taco Bell bean burrito, but for $13.69. The cook, put 1/2 the amount of rice, beans and meat they used to put in their burritos. It was absolutely terrible for the price. They also stopped serving the burrito with chips, and when I asked for their delicious avocado salsa, they handed me a some watery green salsa. I asked to speak to the manager, and some business guy in a cowboy hat and cowboy boots came out to talk to me. In all the time I have frequented this business, I have never seen this guy, and perhaps they changed ownership. He read me the riot act about living in California and prices going up 40%, so they decided to keep their prices low by serving considerably smaller portions and terrible looking items. I get inflation, but they compromised their brand and burritos to do so. I asked and received a refund. 20 years eating at this establishment and I will never eat there again.

This place used to be good. Now the food/drinks taste stale and not fresh. On the last visit, two super burritos we ordered had pico de gallo. One was charged extra for it and the other wasn’t. The order taker didn’t mention pico de gallo comes on the super burrito nor that it is an extra charge. What a way to slyly rack up the bill. They also forgot to add sour cream to super burritos twice now. Will not be back.

Vivianona turned things around and I want to say thank you for allowing me to be heard. You are awesome thank you thank
The breakfast burrito was breakfast items made into porridge wrapped in a thick tortilla grilled like a panini. It was disheartening at best. Over priced as well. No flavor, no texture and worst of all no idea what I ate aside from looking at my order on the receipt.Parking: Empty parking lot. Makes sense.
