The place needs a haven cleaning.
Every thing sticks to the table top.
Grease film that has been accumulated over the years.
Delicious and authentic Chinese food. Every dish I tried is finger licking good plus service with a smile! I keep stopping by to eat here, whenever I am in Thousand Oaks.
Food is pretty good , sesame beef stuffed pockets egg foo young and gravy is great..good service ..very warm inside..need ac on...
Our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. Service is generally okay. Food is always well prepared with quality fresh ingredients and great flavors, although some of the sauces tend to be a little too salty for our taste.
Food was bad, flat noodles were over cook, broken and stick together. They also charged 15 % for gratitude without telling us.
Great selection of Chinese dishes. Very fast service with our lunch group. Prices were reasonable. Try the walnut shrimp, excellent!

From the north of California, I went south to Los Angeles along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). I visited a few modified Asian restaurants in the Bay Area, and then all the way south, I had hamburgers and fries. You should find a traditional Chinese restaurant to feed yourself. This restaurant is located in a non-Chinese area, so it probably relies on word of mouth.I ordered boiled fish, which is an olfactory dish. The focus is on the smell of the dish. The tofu stew must be able to cook, especially for retired people who have poor teeth. Hot and Sour Soup Every Chinese can cook this soup, but most don’t. I came here last year and the food here makes me want to come again. Today I ordered an extra chicken with tangerine peel. It is a dish that you can eat and smell, so I give this a bonus. This Chinese food is okay, the tables are clean and everything is tidyI got their unique Shaobing with meat recommended by the boss. This sesame seed cake is highly recommended. Let’s continue heading south.

The Food has MSG in it. This place used to be amazing but they have new owners now. I ate there a month ago and immediately got a headache after leaving. Nausea heat flashes but I thought it was just me because it never happened before. Today I went again and i am so sick. The headache is unbearable. This happened to me in 2007 at a Tai place and I figured out it was MSG. Be warned people.this is not the same food it used to be and if you have a reaction to MSG don’t go. Sad I loved the food here.

We ordered takeout. Definitely, not worth $60, for three dishes! The fried rice, was tasteless, the shrimp with lobster sauce, was watery and the tangerine beef was soggy and couldn’t taste, any tangerine!

Been eating at Mandarin Bistro since 2019, have never had a single bad experience. Best Chinese food in the 805 by a long-shot. Quality of food is always consistent and flavorful, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices for portion are fair and reasonable especially given the quality of the food.
Parking: Great parking, in a shopping center plenty of it.
