Server was very pleasant specially Sharonda came to our table to make sure everything is alright. Thank you Sharonda for your Hospitality which will make us to come back again & again to your restaurant.
Food was beyond expensive for what it was. Crab tasted days old and the steak was average, oysters were not cold and very bland. Will not be returning.
The food was amazing but the server, Michael was the highlight of the evening. Impeccable service. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
We love Mastro's for special occasions. It's always a memorable experience. The food and service are excellent. We'll be back for sure!
Food taste isn't the same as before. Just overall not a good value for what they charge anymore.
Having enjoyed numerous Mother's Day brunches and even more Dinners at Mastro's, with a consistent record of excellent experiences easily spanning a dozen meals, our recent visit was markedly and regrettably different. The sophisticated ambiance we have come to expect was present, yet the execution of the brunch service and the quality of the cuisine fell considerably short of our past experiences and the restaurant's established reputation. The service provided by our waitress was notably inattentive. Throughout our meal, there was a lack of proactive engagement, with used plates remaining uncleared and silverware not being refreshed without a direct request. This absence of attentiveness detracted from the overall dining experience. The culinary offerings also presented a significant departure from the standard we have come to associate with this steakhouse. The New York Strip, a dish one would anticipate being a highlight, was served at a lukewarm temperature and lacked discernible seasoning, bearing a texture and flavor profile reminiscent of leftover prime rib. Similarly, the accompanying elements were disappointing. The bagels, eggs, bacon, macaroni and cheese were all subpar! This pervasive lack of temperature control and seasoning was evident across the savory selections. Even the signature dessert, typically a reliable conclusion to the meal, failed to meet expectations. The overall quality of the brunch was considerably below the standard we have experienced in previous visits. Considering the cost of $135 per person, the value received was disproportionately low. While we understand that holiday brunches can command a premium, the quality of the food and service rendered this experience significantly disappointing, particularly considering our many positive past encounters. We sincerely hope this was an isolated lapse in standards.
Very loud. Great food. Great service. Tables too close together. Rock concert loud. Would not go back.
The food is always consistent. Service was a little slower than usual and not as attentive as in the past. Seating is a little crowded but I understand based on the size of the location.
Perfect every single time. Everything is delicious and the staff is perfect. We always have a great time.
Amazing as always thank you for always being so accommodating and having the best staff in the area.

Good service and a wide variety of dishes
Filet was great but over-salted (I love salt so if I think too salty, it's quite salty) Croutons in Cesar salad: too big, too hard, weird bacon flavor (maybe made in bacon grease)
We go here every year for our Anniversary. This year was our 25th Anniversary. Food was amazing as always, especially the Wagyu Beef Roll. Service was subpar. Seemed our Waiter was also working another room so we had to wait longer than normal for our Bread. I asked to have my glass of wine with my Ribeye and our Waiter brought it out when I was already halfway done with my Ribeye, he even said sorry for the wait. But we feel spending as much as we did and it's our Silver Anniversary of 25 years, service should have not been an issue....
Went for our anniversary dinner. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby to be seated! We had a reservation! Service was less than par. Unfortunately the food is not what it used to be. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
I love this place, food is delicious, service 10 of 10, and the restaurant is nice. Everytime i go i have a good time
