Good service and a wide variety of dishes
Filet was great but over-salted (I love salt so if I think too salty, it's quite salty) Croutons in Cesar salad: too big, too hard, weird bacon flavor (maybe made in bacon grease)
We go here every year for our Anniversary. This year was our 25th Anniversary. Food was amazing as always, especially the Wagyu Beef Roll. Service was subpar. Seemed our Waiter was also working another room so we had to wait longer than normal for our Bread. I asked to have my glass of wine with my Ribeye and our Waiter brought it out when I was already halfway done with my Ribeye, he even said sorry for the wait. But we feel spending as much as we did and it's our Silver Anniversary of 25 years, service should have not been an issue....
Went for our anniversary dinner. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby to be seated! We had a reservation! Service was less than par. Unfortunately the food is not what it used to be. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
I love this place, food is delicious, service 10 of 10, and the restaurant is nice. Everytime i go i have a good time

Celebrating an 80th bday party. We brought a cake and they wouldn't serve it to us. No outside food?? The only restaurant we have ever heard that policy from. Wouldn't go back
The oysters were fantastic, as was the hamachi, which is a favorite of mine. I know it's a steakhouse, but... My petite filet mignon was tender, delicious, and cooked perfectly. My friend had the Porterhouse steak. At $70 it should perfect, and he said it was. We shared some creamed spinach which is always good. My two martinis and his two glasses of wine were also spot-on. The service was attentive - as usual. Their waitstaff is very well trained. The manager came over to our table a couple of times to check on us. A good experience.
I went with some of my coworkers. They mixed up the steaks and gave the rare steaks to the wrong people and the well done steaks to the owners. Steaks were bland and flavorless and the sides were average at best. Their desserts were phenomenal. I feel like they really didn’t pay attention to who ordered what.

I never have a bad experience here. The service, management and food are the best in our area....hands down. Shout-outs to Joanna and Lena in particular for such a wonderful birthday dinner. I'll be back as soon as I can. The butter cake is ridiculous .......yummers.

Never have I ever experienced a restaurant with a noise level like this. It prompted me to use a decibel app on my phone which registered 89db as an average. Impossible to have a table conversation without shouting. My feeling was that the servers and wait staff were annoyed by it as well. Overall, I want to really like Mastro's but I can't get past $160 pp and you just can't manage to relax and have a conversation
Excellent food and service. We loved the place. My only complaint is the restaurant was very cold and I'm not that sensitive to cold. Otherwise it was a great experience eating there.
Perfect as usual!

My family and I have gone to this Mastros many times. Sadly perhaps because of the holiday Labor Day, the service and food were just beyond mediocre; dry style fries, hard butter vake, stale bread, overly salted carpaccio, and bland soup. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. Our waiter definitely tried his best, but he was overwhelmed. It was crowded and there were two babies-I kid you not-crying throughout most of our meal. Sadly, we will definitely think twice before going back anytime soon.
