I used a code for a free fry, the person over the speaker said it was all good. When I got to the register they must have messed it up because they said the code wouldn’t work then and proceeded to charge me after I said it wasn’t ok to charge me, not to mention there was a homeless man at the end of the drive through who screamed “oh I bet you think you’re hot shit” to me and my girlfriend were leaving not to mention they hired a man in his truck to paint their spots who was blocking the road with shopping carts. Never go here… go to the one on avanida de los arboles.

I wish I could give zero stars.....I placed an order with the app, I was trying to have a quick lunch with my grandkids before a swim back at the house. Even though I had an order number, a confirmation number, the correct McDonald's and charge to my credit card that I patently explained and showed them, they did not have my order and the manager on duty didn't, couldn't care less. She didn't want to make this right. I called corporate and it was like taking to a robot, kept repeating herself saying my order was at another McDonald's even though my confirmation email had their address.

McDonald's always has fries at 10:30 am. Had been on the road with my autistic daughter for 4 and a half hours at that point. Waited until 10:30 to stop and get fries for both of us. Pull in and try to order, they don't start their fries until 11 am! 🙄 Try explaining that to a hangry special needs kid. Had to travel another half hour and find another McDonald's just to be safe in case out there, they're all 11. Which also added another unnecessary stop to our trip.
Fast food should be cheap and fast. Not expensive and wait times as long as 5 star restaurants.
I won't be eating at ANY McDonald's until they come back to reality. Until then, I'll gladly eat anywhere else.

If you ever order delivery(doordash, Uber Eats) it's almost a guarantee they will mess up your order. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALD'S!!!!!!!

The food at this McDonald's is fine—consistent with what you'd expect. But the customer service, especially at the drive-thru, is terrible. The workers are incredibly rude and barely speak clearly enough to understand. You can tell they don’t want to be there, and it shows in how they treat customers.
I’ve also had orders that were supposed to be brought to my table, and instead, they just left them sitting on the counter. No callout, no effort. It’s unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. If the employees don’t want to interact with people, maybe they should consider a job that doesn’t involve customer service.

Staff are always welcoming & helpful, food is always hot and the place very clean and the children love the nice play areal

I've been to many locations and my daughter works at a location in our city, the manager and another worker were very disrespectful to her and the worker who took my order in the drive through kept saying after every item I ordered ok are you done, ok is that all. I didn't feel valued as a loyal customer of this brand.

I was a passenger with my wife. We pull up to the drive thru and say “mobile order”. The lady behind the intercom actually yelled through the speaker, “What?!”
We say “mobile order”
“What?!”
“Phone order”
“What is the Code?!”
“Uhh (shocked at her tone), insert code.
Fast forward to the window to pick up.
My wife asked for some crème and sugar for her oatmeal.
The face was a face of shock and disgust from the employee, “You didn’t order coffee!”
My wife was shocked, and said I need it for the oatmeal.
The lady turned to her coworker and said in an angry tone referring to my wife, “uhh please and thank you?”
My wife received her order and said thank you.
Ladies response was “good. Bye!”
This is some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen at a fast food place.
I’m not one to wish for people to lose their position, but this lady is more than deserving.

We drive 20 minutes to come to this McDonald's for a couple of reasons. 1. The McDonald's Play Place, ( very accommodating for young families). 2. The oldies music played on the radio in the Play Place. 3. The employees are very nice. 4. The small family bathroom in the Play Place has a changing table.

I genuinely thought this McDonald’s was the best I’ve ever been to in my recent millennial/boomer memory.
Service was fast, place was clean, it seemed the employees were caring about what they were doing.
I really enjoyed going here. In an age where fast food joints usually have a lot of problems and issues, this McDonalds was like a well-oiled machine, similar to my deliciously greasy Crispy McChicken.
