The restaurant was closed during business hours! Only the drive-thru window was open! They didn't explain why they wouldn't let me in!

I got a big mac 1/2 way through the burger tasted like fish i immediately started puking i got the bug mac at 11:15 last night 12 hr later my stomach still feels sick. Of course when yiu call to tell them no one anwsers the phone . Tasted luke raw fish

This McDonald's is a joke you can only order by kiosk. I wanted to Mc rib they were out of Mc ribs. You can't get a refill on a drink? Never again going here

I got asked multiple times through drive thru if I wanted a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle or a bagel and had said I wanted a McGriddle. I was then given a bagel. I felt rushed with my order and felt not very accepted when getting my food

I love this McDonald's. I just buy 1 plain sausage biscuit each time go. Their breakfast is extended to 1:00 p.m.
It's always clean, and the service is terrific.

Don’t bother going hear the lock the door over an hour early so you can’t go in and dine

I went to this McD’s on Avenida de Los Arboles in T.O. recently to get one filet-o-fish sandwich. As I was ordering at the drive thru I noticed a rat running along the outside of the building; they did have a rat trap nearby so I assume they are aware of the problem; but as I made the horseshoe turn in the drive thru to where you pay and pick up your food I saw another rat (or maybe it was the same rat) scurry across the drive thru and into the parking area. Bad mojo.

And they now make their fish sandwich with pollack instead of cod; which is sort of like eating chicken thigh meat instead of breast meat, only much worse. Anyway the sandwich tasted bad. Not ever going back.

When I pressed needed for before work this “24hr” open McDonalds is closed. I can get a McMuffin at 3am in Compton but oh no not Thousand Oaks!
