This McDonald's is a joke you can only order by kiosk. I wanted to Mc rib they were out of Mc ribs. You can't get a refill on a drink? Never again going here

I got asked multiple times through drive thru if I wanted a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle or a bagel and had said I wanted a McGriddle. I was then given a bagel. I felt rushed with my order and felt not very accepted when getting my food

I love this McDonald's. I just buy 1 plain sausage biscuit each time go. Their breakfast is extended to 1:00 p.m.
It's always clean, and the service is terrific.

I went to this McD’s on Avenida de Los Arboles in T.O. recently to get one filet-o-fish sandwich. As I was ordering at the drive thru I noticed a rat running along the outside of the building; they did have a rat trap nearby so I assume they are aware of the problem; but as I made the horseshoe turn in the drive thru to where you pay and pick up your food I saw another rat (or maybe it was the same rat) scurry across the drive thru and into the parking area. Bad mojo.

And they now make their fish sandwich with pollack instead of cod; which is sort of like eating chicken thigh meat instead of breast meat, only much worse. Anyway the sandwich tasted bad. Not ever going back.

When I pressed needed for before work this “24hr” open McDonalds is closed. I can get a McMuffin at 3am in Compton but oh no not Thousand Oaks!

I don't like McDonald's but my friends insisted we eat there for late nite grub. Listed as 24 hour service and drive thru menus were turned off.... as were we. Figured they may have been closed for whatever reason, except that all the lights were on in the restaurant. So much for 24 hour service. I guess service is only available at their conveinence.

10 times out of 10 I pay for bbq souse got it only 2 times, it’s funny when they tell souse in a bag

I walked out of this Mcdonalds today after a sign was posted at the counter stating "please order at kiosk" Nope. Took my business elsewhere to talk to a human and take my order.

Due to the increase on food prices - I’m very selective on my dining choices now. And this place just removed itself from my future options…

1) Trying to order - 5 employees passed me without a word. Not “Be with you in a moment” or “Sorry for the delay”.
2) Who knew trying to find a seat in a nearly empty dining room would be difficult? With only 2 others seated - all their tables were dirty. Since the 5 employees who passed me were not taking my order - they sure weren’t cleaning either.
3) Charging for extra condiments now? I just paid $16! Common sense would say have another condiment to enjoy your overcharged meal at your dirty table.

It’s almost like McDonalds doesn’t care they have customers anymore.
