Stopped by this McDonald’s late tonight with my teenager for a quick bite and I was genuinely impressed. Even though they seemed understaffed the two employees working, a younger gentleman and a Hispanic woman, handled everything flawlessly. You could tell they were juggling a lot but they never showed any stress. Both were friendly, patient, and delivered great customer service with a smile. Truly appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude during a busy night.

Tons of pickup orders sitting at the counter getting colder, with instructions to “pick up in the store”. But a rude employee keeps yelling “drive thru” only, when the drive thru line is overcrowded. This makes pick up orders completely pointless. This franchise location is a mismanaged mess. I’d suggest going to a real restaurant when a fast food joint can’t offer speed, convenience, and affordability.

Bought a $6 fish sandwich...very very disappointing. They used to be good sized, soft bun and tasty.This was shrunken, bun and fish, and rather hard. I guess I'll have to make my own fish sandwich as McDonald's has ruined theirs.

Always check your order - this location is so bad about getting their orders right and they don’t care!!!
What's happening in this restaurant since they removed the short cook? Everything is slower. As a customer, I suggest they bring her back for the day. Everything is faster. It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. We want Yahaira back. I asked for her name, I suppose, that's the one they gave me.

The drive thru line is always too slow. Every window should be open in the mornings in order to get the cars through more quickly. Also, don’t put trainees on the window during peak hours.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, had two bites and I had to throw it out because the chicken was rubbery. The sandwich had the most pathetic sorrowful looking I had in my life. Literally it had a very thin fried chicken layered on top with some pickle slices. Worst spent money.

This mcdonalds is the worst sometimes i go in the early morning around 2 and they run out of food supposed to be open 24 hours ive been there before and everytime I go there the drive through is closed or the inside is.closed the workers said there's not enough workers so I go there today at 3:00 am because I get off work.at 1:00.am and again the drive through is closed the inside is closed so I go to order curbside.and one of the employees inside told.me there closed but there's employees so I don't know what's going on with this place they shouldn't have it say open 24 hours online if there not open even if parts of the McDonald's were closed I was still able to order curbside but not today
