I #loved my experience here the food was so good!! Bomb dot com dare I say. I recommend the big mac it's pwetty underrated imo but it's my fav lolz 🤪 if you get the chance I'd 100% stop in!!

I almost never leave negative reviews. If you check my profile, you'll see I consistently leave 5-star ratings and only take the time to review places I genuinely appreciate. So the fact that I’m writing this says a lot. This is, without a doubt, the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left a 1-star review until now. The customer service here is consistently awful. Every visit has been marked by rude, unwelcoming staff who barely acknowledge your presence. Most of them don’t say a word and treat you with complete indifference. It's clear they don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place if you value even basic decency and respect.

Manager William is horrible. Employees have no training. Terrible location will never be coming back.

Despite the location being in a good area, this is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in a long while. The manager William just cursed at me as I was walking out in front of other customers about me wanting a refund, which is highly unprofessional for a manager to be behaving in that manner. On top of that my orders are messed up every single time I have come here. So if you go through the drive-through be prepared to have to get out and go inside to go and get your missing sauces, or your order not being right , or your missing items. Because it's every . single. time.

Super bad service, rude employee, he took my order from driver true base is late just one window is open, take long time, wrong suss , forgot my French fries, did take any action, I drove to front back to inside, he came oh , here go I forgot, and he left , fries was just salt … very very bad service

The guy who was just at the pick up window is not only incredibly rude but was talking to his buddy the whole time. If he doesn’t want a job here, I will take it. I could use the money and I actually treat other people like they exist.

Is there anyone who controls this place? There are two young children working at the McDonald's fast food restaurant at this point, but on the contrary, both of them are lazy and do not like work. This place is not a kindergarten. The working person should be paid honestly. It is written that it is open 24 hours, but if you go at 1 am or 2 am, they will slowly run away. You have to earn money honestly. I wonder how lazy people who do not like work can make money at McDonald's with such workers.

Beware of a potential bait and switch if you are using the Newbury Park Panther Card.

We purchased the NPHS Football fundraiser card at the beginning of the school year, with the card explicitly stating an expiration date of July 21, 2025. Today, this McDonalds refused to honor the discount card, with an employee stating that the new owner will not accept it. We consider this to be a poor business practice as it forsakes a contract that was made between McDonalds, Newbury Park High School Football, and contributors to the football program.

When combined with an exclusively self service lobby, we feel that this McDonalds store does not want to honor or participate with the community, and is willing to betray existing customers. Consequently we will no longer be visiting this franchise, and are dissuaded from vising McDonalds in general as clearly corporate is allowing for this betrayal of the community, and the terms made with a fundraising program.

We chose to rate the service 2 stars to reflect the professionalism of the employee who informed us, with us commenting here that the otherwise one star rating is reflective of the owners and not the employee we engaged today.

Everything was fine —-UNTIL —-I found out it was a McMarro owned McDonald’s.. smh.. Which means —There aren’t ANY Free refills on drinks.. ( This family name is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.. And Them which I get.. Soo w that I won’t be back -/I’ll look for another place to eat .. And there’s several other options close by

I don't understand how they can arbitrarily decide to stop accepting Panther cards even though they don't expire until the end of July. I ended up canceling my order. Never really a huge fan and now don't see any reason to go there.
