5/18/24 at 2:30pm. The food was great but they are unorganized when it comes to their online ordering system and curbside. They never brought it to me at curbside when I called them 3 times, and had to go inside while my order has been already sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Not only did I wait over 45min for my order, but I had missing items! The manager had a poor attitude (as if she was tired or had given up) as I explained to her of this issues. They lack communication...

Food ? sandwiches ? are deliciously ? expensive ? .
Parking is like a battlefield. A handful of them are entitled Beemers swooping in for the parking slot.
I guess that's what I get for driving a small Jap car ?, you no see me, people are people.

The lines are long.
The preparation of the sandwich is even longer.

If I'm hungry, I'd go elsewhere.

Other than that, they are worth every...

Amazing lunch at Mendocino! The staff that helped us choose our selections were very cheerful and helpful sharing recommendations. The Greek Lemon Chicken & Farro Soup was extra delicious and all of our sandwiches were top notch. Special shout and thank you too Louie!
