Been coming to Minato with family and friends for over 20 years. We have celebrated many times here. Whenever we have guests out of town, we take them to Minato. Extremely fresh fish and quality sushi for a reasonable price. A true gem of Thousand Oaks. I ❤️ Minato!

We love Minato. Tonight we went for my daughter’s birthday, with a group of nine. Everything was delicious as usual and the staff is so friendly and sweet. We order take out from here every week or so and our order is always ready quickly and with no errors. They also have great lunch specials. $15 for a roll, miso and four pieces of sushi! 🍣

This place is ok if you want some sushi but definitely not the best spot. I visited during a lunch rush hour so it seemed a bit hectic too. That aside the service was ok. I'll return but mostly because it's decent food that's convenient for me to get to (closest Japanese restaurant to me).
Favorite sushi spot. Chicken fried rice and garlic edamame are also awesome.

Guys I’m no kidding, this is one of the BEST sushi I’ve had in my entire life, is insane how delicious it tastes. The staff is really nice and kind, always asking if you need something. The Chef is so kind ? such a great person and cooker. I’ll definitely coming back, this is for sure the best sushi place in town
