“Food was phenomenal and the portion was large. I see some other reviewers complaining about the staff but the staff I dealt with was just fine. You'll notice no negative reviews are really about the food and that's for good reason it's fresh and as customizable as you make it. Definitely the best in the food court.“

“I've been coming to Family Mongolian BBQ since I was a kid, and it’s still one of my favorite lunch spots. The customizable stir-fry concept means I always get exactly what I want—and after years of experimenting, I’ve perfected my go-to sauce combo: 1 curry, 1 ginger, 1 hot, 2 sweet, 2 BBQ, and 2 oil. For newcomers, it may take a little trial and error, but that’s half the fun.

The food is fresh, the flavors are bold, and the experience is as interactive as it is delicious. I usually come for lunch, which includes a small soup and one hearty plate of food—more than enough for a satisfying meal. For those with bigger appetites, dinner offers an all-you-can-eat option.

The service is always friendly, and the staff creates a welcoming, casual atmosphere. A fun little bonus? They have a cute robot server that brings dishes to your table—it’s a charming and modern touch that adds to the experience.

I also really enjoy their selection of imported beers. It’s a small detail, but sampling different options adds an extra layer of enjoyment to each visit.

If you’re looking for a tasty, relaxed spot where you can build your own perfect stir-fry and feel right at home, Family Mongolian BBQ is definitely worth checking out.“
