Poor service, stale food, and deceptive pricing. Make sure you check your receipt to make sure you weren't overcharged. I will not be visiting this location again and encourage others to avoid the experience.

I never had a Mrs. Fields pretzel before and wanted to try one. There were a couple pretzels in the warmer that looked a little on the shriveled side, but having never had one of their pretzels before, I thought maybe that was just the way they looked. I ordered several cookies, a pretzel, a smoothie, and an Icee. When I said "pretzel", the guy and girl behind the counter exchanged a very obvious and awkward look before she acknowledged my order. She rang me up, and the guy gave me a pretzel. I took a bite of the pretzel and immediately noticed it was tough and stale. I had to literally chomp down on the pretzel and pull it away to tear off a piece. I asked the girl how long the pretzel had been under the warmer and told her it was stale. To her credit, at that point she offered to have a fresh pretzel made. But why wasn't that offered when I first ordered it? I have no doubt the employees knew the pretzels had been left in the warmer far too long when I ordered it, explaining the comically not-so-subtle shared glance. But instead of being forthright and offering a fresh pretzel right away, they served me the stale one and probably hoped I wouldn't notice until after I left.

As I waited for my pretzel, I did some calculations and realized I might have been overcharged. I then also realized the female employee hadn't given me a receipt of even offered one, which is required in California if the consumer pays sales tax as part of the transaction. I told the employee she hadn't given me a receipt, and I thought I might have been overcharged. She shrugged and replied I hadn't asked for a receipt. I explained she is legally required to at least offer the receipt. I asked her how much the items I purchased were. She told me the prices of the items, including telling me the smoothie was $8.99 and the Icee was $6.49. I pointed out the menu board displayed prices of $8.29 and $5.49, respectively. She told me they had recently changed their prices and hadn't updated the menu board yet. I told her they could not display one price then change a different price. I asked for a refund of the difference. She had the wherewithal to defend the false pricing for a few seconds before dismissively remarking that it was "only a dollar". I told her it was $1.70 plus the overcharged tax, but regardless, it was false advertising and illegal, and I wanted the difference back. She gave me $1.70 cash back, and I left.

My cashier, Madison, was very polite and accommodating. She also made really really really good pretzels. Madison definitely made my trip and I will be going as long as she works here.

I just was there, ordered the Mozzarella cheese bites 10.99. They looked bad. I asked the girl if those are new she said yes. Once I tasted I almost felt like vomiting from the taste and smell(Usually they taste great). I asked her to make another or return and she was very rude its gona take time to make another. I asked for the owner she replied I am the manager like she owns the place. She refunded and looked angry and unprofessional probably she did not want to make new ones. So I left.

Waited in line where the line starts and they ignored me and took the group of kids that went infront of me. No acknowledgement

Boy oh boy, I don’t think my experience at THE Mrs.Fields could of gone better. First I was welcomed and greeted by none other than Molly Ms.Field Norton. She was energetic and filled with life, and said the funny famous Norton catchphrase, “Hello welcome to Mrs.Fields”. Not only did a grin spread across my face like icing on the worlds largest cake, but my heart filled with giddy and excitement. As I ordered she walked me through the specials of the week. My personal favorite the hot soup. But I went with the creamy chocolate chip cookie. As she handed it to me she held my hand in place. I look up, fearful of what would happen next. And as I glance up she looks me in the eyes and says “thank you for your coming, please come again”. The only correct answer was “absolutely Molly M Norton” which I of course said, and I walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to return. It was clean, tidy, and smelled like 1000 roses. Thank you for your incredible service Mrs. Fields, I will be returning.

Check our their Halloween-themed cookies, delicious -looking and festive. There’s a spooky tree with yellow and orange frosting leaves that is the size of a sheet cake, and the pizza-sized jack-o-lantern is just darling. Mrs Fields has been around forever, and has been the gold standard of chocolate chip cookies for decades. I love how they do cookie art!
