Placed an order on the App. Wasted a half hour waiting for my order only to be told that I paid using Apple Pay and “they will take your money but we never get the order. You will be refunded in 2 days.” When I asked for my food I was told by Guillermo that he would have to charge me again! End result is I paid for my family’s breakfast and never received our food. This is no way to do business. Will be reporting to Better business bureau.
UPDATE - still have not been refunded my money. This is theft.

always like noah’s but today (11/02/25) was pretty bad. cashier was rude and they didn’t give me my whole order, and when i came back they seemed irritated that i still wanted my food… and at 12:27pm i saw one of the younger workers grab money out of the tip jar and put it in his back pocket, and i ended up getting a couple egg shells in my bagel. pretty wild stuff

Good bagels! A little more expensive than I expected- went here for lunch, I just got a bagel sandwich, a drink, and a plain little mini challah to bring home and it was $20 total. Didn't even come with chips or a side with the sandwich. If I go back, I would just get a plain toasted bagel. Outside eating area was nice with shade and a fountain.

For there shortly after open. Great breakfast options in the form of sandwiches, wraps. Bakery was clean and had a good variety.

Giving this Noah’s Bagels a 4-star rating. The location is very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice start to the visit. However, I ordered the lox bagel warm, and unfortunately received it untoasted. On top of that, the salmon was extremely salty and the amount of cream cheese was overwhelming—it completely overpowered the rest of the flavors. The biggest issue, though, was how long it took to get my order, even though there weren’t many customers ahead of me. I’d highly recommend ordering ahead if you’re in a hurry. Despite the hiccups, the place has potential and I’d be willing to give it another try.

Their bagels are the most like New York bagels that I've had on the West Coast.

Drove all the way from Oxnard since my normal location in Camarillo is temporarily closed. Got half way home and went to open my bagels and they were completely burnt to the point they were inedible. My Kids started asking what the burnt smell was before they even seen the bagels . Waste of my time and money.

Bagels are always delish and fresh, I order on the app and it’s always waiting for me within 10 mins. Frequent promo of free coffee with an app order is a favorite of mine! Employees here are always nice with a smile :)

When I got there it was welcoming, the smell of the bagels were all so fresh, as well as the ingredients in my sandwich and I got my order pretty quickly as well. Good service.

This is coming from a New Yorker. Just so everyone knows this is the farthest thing from a real NY bagel. Barely any cream cheese. And just no flavor. That what happens when you use cheap corporate ingredients. I couldn’t finish it, it was that bad. I hope that everyone gets to enjoy a real NYC style bagel and not this corporate chain ( which also owns Panera)
