The manager reached out to me and really went above and beyond to make things right. So thankful for that and I do think they will be extra cautious to make sure the gender reveal cakes are correct. I will return to this store and purchase more cakes in the future.

Was next door at a Yelp Event and while leaving I could smell this wonderful berry -vanilla baking so as all good yelpers do we follow our noses ! What amazing bundt cakes . I ordered the 4" red velvet and the carrot cakes . They use a cream cheese /buttercream frosting and fill the center with the frosting ! Double yummy so you can scoop a bit of frosting in every bite . The red velvet had actual chips in it and was a fluffier lighter cake . The carrot cake is nicely spiced like a pumpkin bread but didn't have the cream cheese center? It did have tiny shreds of carrot. it was pretty dense . The red velvet was gone in seconds, so didn't get a photo i'm posting a photo of the carrot.

gave us the wrong flavor cake had a birthday party and the cake was not the right flavor, sour, not new, underbaked. Was told the cake was fresh but does not look like it was. Had never had this happen here.

My go to for any birthday related events! I’ve only been to the Thousand Oaks location and the safe here have always been so amazing!Anything you try here you will love. I highly recommend!Parking: Parking is super easy! It’s the getting in that can be tricky because it’s tucked away in a plaza. So if it’s your first time going there drive slow so you don’t miss your turn into the parking lot.

My favorite birthday cake in the world. Not super inexpensive, and I think they put crack in the frosting, but it’s so good. A little hard to get to this location, so drive slow and pay attention if you GPS it.Parking: Tiny parking lot that is hard to get to and shared with other businesses. Plan ahead as you might have to wait during busy hours for a spot.

Went to this location and spent over $100 for a birthday celebration, the service was lackluster and the staff seemed devoid of any cheer, when I was leaving I asked for a small container and was told I would be charged for it. I paid for the container then when I got to the event I realized that they didn't give me the $12 toothpicks with pom poms that I paid for ! They had time to DEMAND that I pay for a small plastic bowl but didn't care to verify my order and give me all my product. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !

Staff is friendly. There's no seating inside nor outside. This is a quick in and out order cake place. An order can be placed online and then picked up. There's usually no lines. This place is located in a small plaza. The cake is good, but a little bit more pricey. However, it's great for bringing to a party to use as a birthday cake. All of the flavors taste delicious, especially the lemon, red velvet, and carrot.

A few months ago I placed an online order for a basic, non customized medium sized Bundt. It is something they sell from their display cases at all times. Basically, I was prepaying for something I'd be able to walk in and ask for. Within two hours of the order, I called to cancel due to a change of plans. I was met with the rudest "manager" who refused to make a refund even though she very well could and likely would sell the products that I purchased. It wasn't made to order and within the timeframe, I know there's no way she made my order from scratch. This non cancellation policy isn't listed at checkout on the website and should not be allowed to be enforced because of that. I understand cancellation policies for custom products or even large orders, but this was neither of those things. It was literally a medium chocolate Bundt cake and a small strawberry one- things they keep at all times in their display case. They must be struggling SO bad that they'd rather provide bad customer service on an unlisted policy than to lose a $20 order. Unrelated to the service, I did notice that the Bundt cake tasted a little sour (not the cream cheese frosting, the actual cake). Because of the poor interaction, I wonder if they purposely gave me a bad cake. We ended up throwing out most of it. Will never go back to this establishment again.
