Every dish I've ordered here has been excellent. My new favorite Thai spot in the area, without a doubt.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoy this place. Great neighborhood Thai restaurant with wonderful, kind staff, a huge selection of Thai staples, all executed exactly as they should be, and a nice cozy space

We had a completely bizarre and disappointing experience eating at this restaurant. It felt like the wait staff was intentionally ignoring us the entire time and we struggled to get them to give us simple things like napkins and utensils.

We were very specific about asking for one entree to be just a little bit spicy, they made it insanely spicy like spicier than I’ve ever had in my life.

we had another table right next to us come in at the exact same time and they got their food within 10 minutes after ordering while we waited for almost an hour for ours to come. Then after we left we all got insanely tired like you get from when food has too much artificial msg added.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had eating at a restaurant. I have no idea where all the good reviews are coming from but if you sort by lowest rated you will find lots of similar experiences to ours. Don’t make the same mistake we did and suffer through a meal here.

Flavorless and barely worth eating. Is it edible? Sure. Did they forget how to cook Thai food and instead fry up some boiled rubber bands with zero spice and the washed out left over coconut milk from yesterday's can? Also yes. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Yuck.

Food is not as good as pre-covid times, and some former good items we like are not there anymore (such as beef jerky).Papaya salad is too salty, and seafood platter is too pricy compared to its quality.

I recently dined at OR Authentic Thai Cuisine (formerly White Elephant Thai Cuisine) at The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks, and it was an exceptional experience. The cozy, family-friendly atmosphere created the perfect setting for a delightful family get-together. The authentic Thai cuisine was prepared with precision, featuring a burst of flavors that left a lasting impression. The impeccable service added to the overall satisfaction of our visit. This place was awesome! Quality fresh hot food, friendly customer service, very clean environment...I ordered the Pa-thia with nice cold beer in a glass, it came out very promptly and delicious..I will come back again and enjoy this restaurant!
