Outdoor dining was very spacious and comfortable. Food was good though servings were quite small. What was extremely irritating was the number of text messages and reminders I received to remind me of my reservation. I have never been reminded so many times; probably at least 6+. I finally just deleted the thread. For this reason, I would not recommend the restaurant as you will be inundated with text messages.
Unfortunately the highlights were the first cocktails & walking proximity to the BofA performing arts center. We ordered & split 3 entries, all of which came out luke warm, at best. The pleasant waitress was apologetic & quickly had the order remade, for us. When the second/remake orders came out they were definitely warmer by not hot, as expected, and the waiter who brought them made a defensive comment about the wind cooling them off prematurely. We believe it was more a function of the entries not being delivered promptly, from the kitchen, particularly on the first round. The draft beer selection also seemed a bit lacking & didn't include a local/rotating craft option, as per the menu. $108 for two people, w/o hot plated food, was definitely not worth it.
Arrived approximately 7:30pm, ordered a combo fried rice to go after dinner. order was supposedly prepared just before we were leaving. Got home, rice was hard, shrimp brown n rubbery, chicken n fish very very dry. I will not be visiting again...money down the drain ?
PF Chang’s excellent food, our server was Dylan, so kind, caring, professional, he makes us very comfortable. We had a great time and we will be back. The food again, was delicious.Everyone is very friendly and professional. We recommend.
There’s not much to expect when you enter a PF Changs Restaurant other than a good meal but in the last 10 years this restaurant has gone down in quality of customer service and attention to cleanliness. Having dinner with my family we asked for a booth and when the hostess brought us over the table was still dirty; the cushions had food on them and the floor was covered. We asked if it could be cleaned and she looked shocked that we even asked. I guess this is what you get what you get when you go to PF Changs. The good thing is our server was very nice which made the dining experience a little more pleasant.
Great service and drinks. Beautiful outdoor dining. Food arrived in good time. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that food could of been better.
Got takeout one night while visiting California and thoroughly enjoyed. We got the chicken lo mein and Chang's spicy chicken. Great location as well.
7/2/22 @ 730p it was nice and quiet not many patrons, which wasn't a bad thing at all. Dillon was exceptional. Thanks for the prompt and thoughtful.
The restaurant was nice and we were seated close to our reservation time. I did not get the QR code to open easily for menu review. It was not easy to see menu on my phone with my bad eyesight. So we ordered appetizers and they were very good . Took a bit longer to get food but portions were generous for appetizers.
It seemed like they were severely understaffed. There were plenty of tables and booths that weren't cleared of previous diner items, which is not a nice view while you're trying to enjoy your dinner. Service was good, but slow.

They're saving a buck at the expense of their guests. Air Conditioning is never cool, even when you request they turn it on. Our waiter worked so hard, there were only two on duty and a lot of tables were waiting for food, so again poor planning or trying to save a buck at everyone's expense. I don't expect this from a restaurant like this. Food was good but not exceptional. I would expect they'll go under if they continue with this level of service.
Food was wonderful an our waiter was very good
Very slow service, music was stuck on one song it was maddening! Main entrees arrived were warm not hot, we finally got refills when we were nearly finished with meal. Soups were flavorful but our entrees were tasteless we tried adding sauces to add flavor. So many waiters standing at bar chatting when all could be a team and help each other get food drinks water refills out and keep customers top priority!
Even with reservations we waited 30 minutes for A table. They didn't have enough people busing tables. Then it was a good 15 minutes after being seated to be greeted. Drinks from the bar were at least 25 minutes. We have been there post Covid and pre Thousand Oaks show 3 times and this was by far the worst Managed evening by far. No acknowledgment or apologies for wait time or slow service. Convenient location but Overall frustrating dining experience
Arrived on time and was seated promptly. Literally sat for 15 minutes without being approached by wait staff. Not even a glass of water. Asked hostess if someone could take our drink order and she acted put off. Waited 5 more minutes without being approached and left to go to a nearby CPK. Truly unbelievable (non) service!! No plans to ever return.
