This is a 5-Star review for Shirly, who is obviously a relatively new employee to this location. Shirly was working very quickly and was very friendly with all of the customers. This is also a 1-star review for Matthew, who appeared to be managing the line at the time I bought lunch today. Matthew, you will learn with time that managing requires leadership, and while you were trying to get things done and I saw that, you were also pretty rude and pushy with Shirly. Please consider that new employees might need support and encouragement rather than belittling. It looks like you might be good at being a manager some day, but remember, treating people well matters, as does productivity and efficiency. Overall, this location is very efficient and the staff are usually pretty nice and friendly.

If I was able to not put a star I would, I came to this location and the assistant manager Aileen was super rude and un professional. As I approached to order she said “This all we have for the night” which I saw what I wanted so didnt pay much attention. She was obviously not having it cause she was mad people were coming in to buy food! As we got our food I asked a nice gentlemen who was cleaning If me and my family were able to sit and eat inside, he said yes! We sat and Aileen yelled saying “We close @ 9 pm inside” she was basically kicking us out🤦🏼♀️ I have gone to the Moorpark location and they have an excellent service! Not coming back here again

This is a review about the Panda Express in Newbury Park, CA. It is the only Panda drive-thru in the Conejo Valley. Lines are always fast. Employees are friendly and very helpful, courteous. The branch is very clean, orderly, and has plenty of parking. Easy to get to off the 101. It's at the front of a shopping center, roadside. You can't miss it. Food is always hot, well-prepared, and boxed nicely. We never have any issues with this branch, and it's enjoyable to go there. Pretty area, too.

Nice place tucked away a little but worth it. Expensive but yummy.drink prices are high.food always hot. Watch the add on. It will add up quick. .60bux for 2. Super friendly girl at counter. But store is hot. Be prepared to eat outside.
