This is a 5-Star review for Shirly, who is obviously a relatively new employee to this location. Shirly was working very quickly and was very friendly with all of the customers. This is also a 1-star review for Matthew, who appeared to be managing the line at the time I bought lunch today. Matthew, you will learn with time that managing requires leadership, and while you were trying to get things done and I saw that, you were also pretty rude and pushy with Shirly. Please...
This is a review about the Panda Express in Newbury Park, CA. It is the only Panda drive-thru in the Conejo Valley. Lines are always fast. Employees are friendly and very helpful, courteous. The branch is very clean, orderly, and has plenty of parking. Easy to get to off the 101. It's at the front of a shopping center, roadside. You can't miss it. Food is always hot, well-prepared, and boxed nicely. We never have any issues with this branch, and it's enjoyable...
