Okay let’s start from the lady that is at the register and don’t speak good English I’m not trying to be racist or anything is just the communication was bad I ask for the new Chipotle Chiken Egg Avo and she put something totally different (please notice she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast is over) I saw a new sandwich and I wanted to try it then when the food arrived to the table they come with something totally different $15 dollars just for a half sandwich with chips (free side) and a drink I direct my self to the register and instead of helping me they just got mad and refund that’s when they told me my new sandwich the one I just order it was only for breakfast I mean if you have people that has a bad communication at the register this is what happens very rudely they give me a refund only on the sandwich no on the order so $10 dollars when back to me (keep on mind it was only the half sandwich refund) long time ago the other managers would handle this situation better but I guess this place is going down according to service I used to love Panera a lot but now is bad ( always ask for your recipe when they charge you and lo make sure for them to repeat your order back I have this feeling they are charging wrong ?

What a shame stealing money from disabled customers! That means you are lower than low! You shouldn't steal from anyone period...but a disabled person smh...this speaks volumes about your employees and this company! Maje it right and fire the employee!

This location is NOT disabled persons friendly. The rude employees/managers stole money from a paying customer. Corporate refuses to make it right, nor will they terminate thief/ bully employee. Bullying and stealing from someone with down syndrome if beyond low and the company refusing to terminate that employee is only a disgusting enabler. Will never EVER EVER spend another dime at ANY Panera location. And mind you, I would eat at a Panera every other day.

The employees here are committing fraud and stealing money from disabled customers. I think the police need to get involved. I think prosecution to the FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW needs to happen. I think ACCOUNTABILITY. I think JAIL TIME.
