I tried to find the menu online through their website and it was a very difficult process when I tried to use the help feature I could not respond to the virtual assistant because of the cookies agreement bar blocking the response. I spent about 10 minutes trying to find out what they have on their menu but wasn't able to do so. I'm looking for an alternative to Starbucks but I guess I will have to keep looking

The baristas there are overwhelmed and extremely rude about it .. I’m a daily customer but will never go back because the experience I had today picking up a delivery.. waited 15 minutes past promised time, while the baristas were chatting with customers and finally when I asked how long more it would be I got chewed out by a RUDE employee and they flat out refused to let me know how to contact a manager ..I will never give this place my money again

I won't ever go back to Starbucks, Peets Coffee is so much better. I try to order something different every time I go into Peets and everything I have had is absolutely amazing. My favorite drink is the Horchata Cold Brew. make sure you try Peets Coffee. It is the best coffee you will ever have.

I can't give it a higher rating for atmosphere because it's on a noisy thoroughfare, but I can honestly say the staff is always courteous.
Most importantly, Peet seems to be taking better care of its employees compared to other coffee shops, and it also has the best tasting coffee products more than others. Employees of this location are professional, courteous & friendly.

I went here to try their coffee . For me it wasn't my favorite. I ordered a light blend but it was so strong and bitter . They do poor over to prepare the coffee, offer a sweet cream to go in it. The staff was nice but the coffee ... eh

This is a nice little place in Thousand Oaks. Warm & cozy. Friendly service. My mocha & croissant came quickly (under 3 minutes). Both were hot & fresh. Make sure that your laptop is fully charged if you plan to work here. I didn't see more than 1 outlet. No sofas either. Still, I come here often. And I will surely visit again!
