We were there on Pi day. The staff, who were severely short staffed, did an amazing job. They stayed calm during the chaos and were super nice.

My review is regarding the management and not so much the employees or the quality of food . The owner needs to go back to school and study economics 101& a beginners course in business! The restaurant is severely understaffed , I came in for dinner at 7 pm. Wanting to buy 8 pizzas. Only 2 employees working , one working the oven and the other poor man juggling online orders while helping customers. I was the only customer in line , after waiting 10 min and watching the 2 employees run circles around themselves.. I walked out I was going to spend over $200 , even at a 30% margin.. thats $60 they lost... plus 6 out of the 8 Pizzas were for people that have never tried pieology. Just because they didn't want to shell out $15 an hour to another employee

I really appreciate the quick service and accommodation for plant-based options. The staff even took off the gloves when he realized that we are vegan, and put on a fresh pair. Appreciate that. Also appreciate the GF and vegan options. However - the upcharge is a bit too much. From regular crust to the vegan version is an additonal $4.29 per pizza, or about 36%. Please come up with an other version that simply replaces the egg with something else. Dough can easily be made vegan, as my wife bakes all the time. Thank you for your consideration.

We walked in on a Friday evening at dinner time and only had one set of customers in front of us. There was a steady flow of walk ins and some online orders but we were helped quickly and with a smile. 3 people helped to make the pizza (crust/sauce/cheese then toppings/cashier then one on the oven. I think this set up of employees worked as efficiently as possible. The whole restaurant was clean, there are a couple booths but mostly chairs and high top tables. Lots of windows to people watch is fun. There is an outside seating area with a heater as well. We ordered thin crust pizzas, a cheese, 2 two toppings and a build your own. It is a little pricy for a pizza but this is one of our family's favorite pizza parlors! I wanted to get a picture of the pizzas but we ate them too fast! Oh well, next time!

Everything is very good, the problem is that they don't clean the oven where it is full of burnt flour.that you have to clean the pizza before eating

Worst experience ever! The “manager” kaden is very rude and unprofessional along with his side kick a young girl. We were waiting for our food for 20 mins turns out they gave our pizza away to someone else and Kaden the unprofessional manager said we didn’t pay for it! Unnecessary comments were being made by him and his little side kick (didn’t get her name) while getting so many complaints by other costumers kaden and the young girl decide to clock out and leave the two Hispanics workers alone which turned out great, the two Hispanic workers were very friendly and helpful.

Service is ok. I like their veggie topping options. I want to like them more but 98% of the time I go they burn my pizza crusts. I don't know if it's trendy or what but I don't want to pay for burned, hard pizza. That's just me. I usually pick it up and leave which means it's not convenient to drive back and see if they can remake it.

2 star rating because they started charging per topping, where before it was unlimited for 1 price. My usual $12 pizza was $22 today.Great pizza, friendly staff, clean store.

The reason for 1 star is they started to charge for individual toppings. It use to be $12 pizza with unlimited toppings. I went in to get a pizza and my $12 pizza was now $22. I get extra toppings but doesn't justify the price. Pizza is good, but they lost a customer. The flat rate, build your own pizza was the whole point.
