My boyfriend placed an order on Wednesday & said they forgot the sauce he needed, the pizza was cold & it took so long. Not worth the wait. I thought he ordered from dominos, otherwise I NEVER would have placed an order on Thursday, to just waste more money at this WASTE. In regards to my rediculous order placed on Thursday: I placed a super easy order. A cheese hand tossed pizza with easy cheese. That should be pretty easy & hard to mess up. Right? Well I picked up my pizza, brought it home & my boyfriend took 1 bite. And tossed his slice. I tried mine & spit it out. The pizza was DISGUSTING. It also was NOT easy cheese. The whole pizza had A LOT MORE cheese than it regularly does, about halfway down each slice, then towards the ends of each slice, there was a lot less cheese. It looked gross, tasted disgusting & overall It was really weird & again-absolutely horrible. I had a horrible headache & a really long day. But, since we didn't eat any of it & it was A straight WASTE of money, I called to get my money back. I HAD MY RECEIPT & was more than happy to drive back to the pizza hut location to give them back their disgusting pizza. The person who finally answered the phone, after calling multiple times with no answer. The employee made me repeat that I wanted to bring it back & get my money back multiple times. since we didn't eat it & it sucked as well as isn't what I ordered. I ordered a pizza with easy cheese not a pizza with a lots and lots of cheese then, barely any towards the ends of the slices. He understood what I said, he clearly was just pushing my buttons. Since, He then tells me he's going to just let him manager know. He then puts me on hold for 5 minutes, maybe 6. When he finally takes me off hold- he AGAIN asks me to repeat why I'm calling. How hard is it to understand that I want to bring the pizza we didn't eat back and get my money back since IT SUCKED & ISNT CORRECT. I HAVE MY RECEIPT. But he clearly thought it was funny. We'll no one is laughing. I hope it's still really funny when hopefully management reads this & knows how unprofessional, rude, disrespectful & incompetent. It was so aggravating that I hung up & was going to just drive down there to deal with this employee face to face, but my boyfriend had already took my car to go get something else to eat since he was starving now so I was stuck. My headache was pounding by the time he got home so I didn't get a chance to make it there b4 they closed. Bottom line, it was completely unnecessary. I shouldn't have had to experience what I experienced here nor should I have been treated the disrespectful, unprofessional, rude & unbelievable way I was treated. I had a receipt, I called within the hour I had picked up the pizza, we didn't eat it- I should have simply been able to bring the pizza back & be refunded. But instead, I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES, never ever returning to Pizza Hut ever again & am writing this review so no one else hopefully has to waste their time or money here& On top of it, I received an email in regards to a survey about my experience and I clicked on the link, only to be directed to a page that says the link is expired within 7 days when it has NOT been 7 days. Absolute joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
