This is one of my favorite restaurants in T Oaks. I usually stick to the Japanese and Thai dishes and they are always flavorful, fresh tasting and delicious. Yum

Went to dinner last night for the second time with friends and had such an amazing dinner. The sushi was amazing and my friend who doesn't particularly enjoy raw fish was able to get a great meal as well which I loved. This place also uses sesame oil for its food so anyone with nut allergies don't have to worry about huge contamination with peanut oil. I had the chai tea and eel/avocado cut roll which was to die for. I absolutely love this place and will be visiting for a third time

The food is good but service is very slow. It took 35 minutes to get our dinner. For this reason, I can't recommend this place. There are other very good Thai restaurants in TO that offer quicker service.

The server became visibly upset when I asked to sit outside, so I ordered take out instead. When I got home, noticed I’d been given the wrong roll. I was excited to try this place, major letdown.

My friend and I met up at Prawn & Basil to get dinner last Friday. We parked in the private lot and walked in though the back entrance. We were seated almost immediately. I ordered the Black Dragon Roll and Thai Fries. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The Black Dragon Roll was good and the eel was very fresh. I liked the Thai Fries but based on the description, I was expecting them to be more like animal fries but with peanut sauce instead. They put very little cheese and peanut sauce on top of the fries. Our waiter was friendly, but by the end of our meal it seemed like he forgot about us. We waited almost an hour and a half to get the check. I have no idea why it took so long. It seemed like the waiters kept just glancing over us and taking care of all the other diners. We were getting very frustrated. Even after we finally got the check, I had to flag the waiter down to pick it up after it had been sitting on the table for a while. It wasn't even busy, so I don't understand why the service was so slow regarding the check. I am not impressed with my visit to Prawn & Basil.

This place was really yummy. I'm so delighted to have another Asian spot in the area! The menu is more pan-Asian than anything else, but I felt it nicely appealed to every person in my party of 11. They were so great about reservations and our party had zero troubles getting seated. Service was very attentive and prompt. There was ample seating and it's surprisingly quiet for being on TO Blvd. Food itself was delicious! Nothing extraordinary, however, this place is consistent across the board. I will regularly frequent this spot, it's homey and food was great!

We can always rely on amazing flavors, large portions, and timely meals. This place has made it though the storm with flying colors. I am grateful to be able to order our favorites in person or through the pickup option on Yelp. Our favorites still include the Kao Soi Shrimp, Pineapple Rice, and the Shrimp Spring Rolls.
