Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

I recently visited Robeks and had a mixed experience. Cindy, who took our order, provided wonderful customer service—she was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the smoothie I ordered, made by someone else, was disappointing; it tasted watered down and lacked flavor. On a positive note, it was refreshing to have a cold drink on a hot day. The establishment was also impressively clean, including the restrooms. Overall, great service from Cindy, but the smoothie could use some improvement.

Went to robeks with my husband and got two drinks to share. My husband normally likes the fruit stuff and I like more of the rich stuff. I got the “nuts about protein” which was fantastic. It’s Coffee, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Honey, Frozen Yogurt, Low Calorie Active Water, Multi-Vitamin and Whey Protein. My husband got the “big Wednesday” which is Peach, Strawberries, Banana, Orange Sherbet, Pineapple Sherbet, and Papaya Juice. It was very sweet and he loved it! We will definitely be back as we prefer this place over some of the other smoothie places

I was greeted by the most wonderful staff and my 800lbs Gorilla was delicious! You guys rock!

I placed an online order at 2:58pm on a Thursday afternoon, pickup was scheduled for 3:10pm. I was in a time crunch and had my dog with me waiting in the car so I was hoping to grab a smoothie and go. Someone had placed a large order (10 drinks) and there were only two employees working so they were overwhelmed. I watched multiple people walk in, order, and receive their orders while I was waiting. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I walked up to the counter and explained the situation. The employee apologized and then prepared my order which was ready at 3:41pm. I understand people make mistakes but unfortunately I had a bad experience during my first time visiting this location.

A tremendous location. Right next to Rise biscuit and donuts. A perfect combination. With a vast selection of protein smoothies. Blended fresh fruit drinks. As well as products you can buy such as protein, powders, soy supplements. And much more.

Staff is very attentive!!
