My family and I use to love this place and their pizza use to be the best when Mannie was in charge. Today we ordered a large pizza and it was flat out one of the worst pizza's we have ever had. The sauce was so tasty before, but now there is no sauce. They seriously need to either close this place or rethink of how to make a better pizza. We will never go back to this place again.

This place is awesome the guy with the curly hair is kind, he helped me choose my order and it was my first time there ,also the this guy named Blake brought me some pepper packs and had the best attitude, I haven't had this kind of customer service in awhile. Thanks Miguel and round table !!!

So. I got a mailer coupon for a $15.99 pizza. Called for delivery and the total was $28. I’m not great at math but how is this possible? Pizza is $16. Tax is $2. Delivery is $6. That’s $24. What is going on with your place?

This has gotten so bad. The website doesn’t work. It hasn’t for 6 months. Just read the reviews. The pizza is awful. And they can’t get the prices right. I paid $22 for a pizza and the receipt shows it’s $15.99. And they wouldn’t fix it. And it’s paper thin with almost no sauce and half the normal cheese. This is why businesses are going under. This is my 4th time dealing with it and I’m done. After 20 years. You’ve lost me for good.
Edit 6/9/2024…. You want me to forward the receipt to help coach your team? You OVERCHARGED me. You need to be offering me a refund. You don’t need coaching. You need to stop cheating people. What the heck?!?!!?!

The food was fine, the service was fine, we ordered and didn't get what we ordered. We notified the staff and they got us the rest of our food.
The biggest issue here is the bathroom. it was disgusting, literally disgusting. I don't know how a restaurant could fathom having a bathroom like that. My son and I almost puked from the stench and filth. We had already ordered and were waiting for the food but i wanted to leave. I never want to eat from a restaurant that cares so little about their hygiene. but we got our food and after the mix up we ate it and it tasted fine. I've had better round table in the past but overall i think the bathroom filth left a bad tase in my mouth so i couldnt really enjoy anything that much.

They have many issues they need to resolve, their website is unreliable and they lack a system to cancel an order; they have great food but they have very weak/no fail safes for errors or accidentally placed orders after their delivery hours.
Also they have a long delivery time that could be improved.

Save your money and NEVER order delivery! I ordered pizza at 6:07 and called at 7:15 was told pizza was on the way. 8:10 called back and was given repeated soo sorrys! Swamped from baseball customers and understaffed. they had my number and never called. Meanwhile i have family waiting for dinner. This is the THIRD time this has happened. Each time they had sorrys and excuses. Will not EVER order or eat there again. Go to a business that considers customers. I even told them that if they cant deliver they should let customers know!
Edit in 3/17/2023:What joke of a response. You’ll do better? The crust has been the same for a year since you took over. You aren’t fixing it. If I’m paying $30 for pizza, I’m getting Topper’s for the same price all day. Your pizza and your response is why restaurants go out of business. Terrible product and worse management. Definitely NOT giving you another chance.This is not good pizza. A large pizza delivered is $32. The crust is crazy thin which means the dough is being skimped on and the quality is not there. Been eating that pizza forever but those prices don’t match the quality. This is my last one.

Ordered a pan pizza for pick up at 5:35 PM. “Ready time “ identified as 5:55.Counter person was apologetic though no concessions offered. Pizza was handed to me 35 minutes after it was due. I asked the associate to have the manager come see me. After 5 minutes I asked the counter rep to have the manager come discuss my concerns.The manager yelled from the back that I’d need to wait an additional 5 minutes to speak with her.I Left. Pizza was only partially cooked. I had to bake it an addy10 minutes to make it edible.Unacceptable!Ameccies, Valentinos or Toppers present better options for a $36 pizza.WONT BE BACK
