Excellent meal. Fast Fresh, and friendly service. The Oaks food court needs to be revitalized and have empty spots leased for even more choices. Sarku Japan is spot on!

great fresh food. i like the shrimp meals my wife likes the chicken. atmosphere is a four star because it's in a mall food court....not exactly atmospheric but that shouldn't be held against the restaurant.

First time to ever try this place, but as soon as I took the cover off my Bento Box bug was hoping on the Ca roll🥴 Our table was nearby so I hurried to take it back to show the staff. The guy on the counter almost didnt know how to handle my complain. Another guy must've told him in Spanish to just dump the whole tray. This guy took the food and showed attitude of dumping it. Slid the food then practically dumped it hard. They did make another order, but man all this staff like to do is talk over your food while cooking.

Number one: I asked for a separate sauce, and they asked for more money. It's my first time in 50 years.
Second: The who ever oder can't communicate in English.

Poor customer service… asked for a sauce on the side because we didn’t want to have it on top of the chicken plate and wanted to get charged $0.50 for the side. I explained that we don’t want it on top because we have a baby and I trying to share the food with him so instead of putting the sauce on top just give us on side and they kept arguing and asking for money. Worse customer service I have ever seen. Never going back again!
