I ordered an avocado bacon burger 12.13.25 around 6.30pm. And after long waiting I got a burger WITHOUT bacon and almost WITHOUT avocado! Disgusting. Bad service. Never recommend

I really enjoyed the Avocado Bacon Burger. I ordered a double patty so it was very filling for me. There was a lot of avocado which was reassuring since the burger was close to $15 with the extra patty. I ordered onion rings and a cookies and cream shake. I wish they gave more onion rings but they tasted really good, the ranch was very good too. The cookies and cream shake was sweet and had lots of chunks of Oreo, so I enjoyed it. The shake is like an 8/10.

Where do I start I felt the warm welcoming from a big welcome to shake shack with a big smile, asking me if there’s any burgers. They wanna recommend for me. Was amazing. I got the barbecue, classic burger, one of my favorites. Miguel took care of me with the big smile on his face. I did not leave unhappy. I will be back and recommend this place to my Friends, Thank You So Much.

Had to order via a tablet (smudges all over) made me a lil uncomfortable. Food came out fast the girl who handed it to me as nice, got it to go. It was so salty I couldn’t finish the plain smash burger, tossed it after eating about half. Really expensive for not much food, very greasy too. The venue is nice but I had an uneasy feeling leaving seeing the glass door was also filthy, I didn’t want to touch it.

The food was amazing originally I'm from Texas so I know a good burger just moved to California and so far this is the best burger I've ever had in California The service was amazing Ash, Kevin and Yena there's service and cooking skills were excellent please give them a raise I'll definitely be coming back for more thank you!!!✌🏼💜
