You’re not going to find food that’s more fresh than this.
Cooked to order. Service is great. Ambiance is really cool.
If you haven’t been here yet then do yourself a favor and go. We drove almost 3 hours to get here and it was worth every minute of the drive. Bring your big boy appetite and get ready for your tastebuds to be begging you for more.

There just aren’t enough words for this place. The owner is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic, service is impeccable, portions are more then generous, and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Worth every penny. Shrimp vs. Chef is my favorite go to.

This an excellent establishment. The food was delicious and the vibes in there were very fun ! The owner was also super cool and friendly. We stopped here on a work trip but if I lived locally I would be in there all the time. I had the garlic noodles with friend shrimp and it was honestly incredible. The prices were reasonable and bathroom was very clean. I would recommend trying this locally owned restaurant.

Asked the guy what was good, and he walked away impatiently. He gave conflicting answers about availability, rolled his eyes at a customer basically talking bad about me, and acted rude with no line to worry about. Zero for customer service.

My favorite food truck grew up and is now turned into a brick and mortar. Tucked away in a little unassuming strip mall lies this gem that serves up a fusion of california-Asian, Mexican-Hawaiian inspired shrimp based dishes but there are a few veg options in there if you are so inclined. Everything on the menu is insanely good but my favorites are the shrimp and pork al pastor burrito, garlic noodles and the katsu, my wife loves the poke nachos. Watch their Instagram for the limited specials that happen regularly and are not on the menu. The owner Temple is one of the nicest guys around and deserves your business. Trust me, you'll be coming back for more.

We hired Shrimp vs Chef for our community’s HOA summer party, and they absolutely blew us away! The food was fresh and incredibly well-prepared - every taco felt unique, original and full of flavor.

One of our board members even said the vegetarian burrito she took home was “the best burrito I have ever had”, with bits of mango adding a creative and delicious twist. She and her husband were so impressed, they’re considering following the truck around town!

Chef Temple and his team were professional, on time, friendly with our guests, and handled a large group with ease. We received so many compliments from neighbors about the food quality - it truly made the event feel special.

Highly, highly recommend for any event or gathering. If he can pull off a meal like that in a truck for 100 people, I can’t wait to see what he cooks up in his restaurant.

Incredible food, welcoming vibe, and a great value!

We had an amazing experience at Shrimp vs Chef. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were no joke. My son, who’s a notoriously picky eater, devoured the garlic noodles — and the portion was huge! He actually asked for them again later that same day, which is basically unheard of in our house.

I had the tri-tip tacos, and let me tell you, the three tacos were super filling and absolutely delicious. It’s rare to leave a meal feeling like you got real value for your money these days, but this place nailed it. Fresh food, generous portions, and a great atmosphere — can’t ask for much more.

Thank you to Temple and the whole team — we’ll definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem! Great guys, great food. Loved the Baja burrito, hit the spot and the mango in it was a nice touch. Staff and owner are friendly and efficient. Will visit for lunch more often. Recommend if you love shrimps like me! They had a few vegetarian options as well as fish and steak options from what I can see on the menu.

Really enjoyed our first visit there. I highly recommend the Poke Nachos, which were sweeter than I expected, but still oh so good. My Baja Shrimp Burrito was cabbage heavy, which I rather enjoyed. My wife liked the Turkey burger. The kids actually liked everything... Needless to say, we'll be going back.
