This stores customer service is pure trash. You give them details for your order and they dont follow them. When you ask why they are like uh oh uh. It's like are you serious. I felt like I was bothering them coming in their store. 7 people behind the counter not one person greeted us when we walked in. Is this starbucks on the books? Because I didn't see any of the normal customer service I see at other stores. Yall may wanna check the books this may be a rogue store!

Expenses are rising and the thought of driving into work without my Starbucks Brown Shaken Sugar Espresso with vanilla cold foam is something that I may have to come to terms with. However, the cost of a cup of coffee is something I budget for because this location not only makes my drink right every time, but also has great staff. I feel lucky that I can afford to grab a coffee most days and the staff no matter how busy they are treats me kindly everyday. A couple of times I have a rough start to the day and the simple gesture of remembering who I am and making small talk changes the course of my day. I appreciate them all. Most days I drive from Oxnard where I could stop at several other locations but this Starbucks is the best. David is always smiling and always providing awesome service. I know in a time where we all just want to get our coffee and go, this location treats its patrons with a great attitude and always gets my drink RIGHT! I just wanted to take time to say thank you!

There are occasional days where I catch their A team and they do a great job, but in general, this is one of the worst starbucks I've visited as far as service. It's not uncommon that I make a mobile order and then I'm the only customer waiting for a drink inside the store for far longer than if I had just ordered at the counter or drive through. Multiple times I've had to politely ask if they see my mobile order, and it's either missing and I have to show my app receipt, or it's half made and sitting there because someone forgot about it while doing drive through orders. So if you have to visit this one for whatever reason, be sure to go through the drive through.

I typically go to a different store to avoid this one, even though it's closer.

Usually, Starbucks is great. However, our order was partially frozen and soggy. Regrets to finding that out while in the car. Coffee was delicious .

As soon as I drove up I was asked for my name "Terry". She repeated Sheri and I said no "Terry" and I think she said Cheri. I proceeded to order a tall hot vanilla latte. Price was higher than I normally pay assumed it was due to a price increase. Drove to the window and I have no idea what cup size I got. Much taller than normal and the name on the cup was Cherry. Clearly the person wasn't listening or can't hear. This is the first time ever that this has happened. It's always a good thing when the my name and order is correct!!!!

35 minute wait and that is just so far, still waiting, We still have 2 cars waiting. If we weren't stuck in middle, we'd have left long time ago. That's what I get for agreeing to pay for overpriced shake-coffee

This rating is for the Drive-Thru only. I am not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks but it has the slowest drive thru out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to. Even when there’s only three cars in it. It’s best to avoid and go to another or order ahead and pick up (inside) if this Starbucks is your only choice.

Very slow service at the drive through. Almost 30 min in the driveway on a Wednesday at 3pm. Plus they didn't have whipped cream. Manager could be doing better.

I ordered iced shaken espresso and the milk was not fresh, I got a stomach problem after the espresso. Please don't be cheap and get a fresh product every day ,I think we pay a lot for at least fresh coffee.

Management should teach their employees how to hand over orders and treat customers. This branch has a young blonde girl how literally throw the cookie over the table today as I was waiting for my order for more than 10 min. She did not deserve the tip that I left her when she was processing my order. I did not have time to confront here as I was talking the phone. Will never come back to that place.

I was on verge of tears until I drove thru here. David and the other gentleman working on the drive thru just totally made my day. He was kind and cheerful even though you KNOW it's been a busy morning, and everyone inside was happy. When I got my drink, they'd put a cute little heart on top without even knowing how much it'd mean. Thank you so much for the smile, guys!!
