This is the worst Starbucks I've been to! I have given it 3 try's now and won't be back again. They are very unfriendly there. If they make your drink wrong and you ask them to redo it they throw a temper tantrum. They give you your drinks over flowing and messy so before you take the drink you have to clean it up. The store has dirty tables that never seem to get cleaned. If they have a runny nose they wipe it with their hand and then don't clean their hand before they make your drink. Then they get upset if you ask them to clean their hands and remake it. I love Starbucks because during the pandemic they kept everyone going. They never get credit so at my two favorite ones I took the employees some buntinis to eat from Nothing Bundt cakes and some turkey rolls from Costco to show how much I appreciate them and their hand work. So I say this with sadness that the employees in this store should all be retrained because they are lousy at their jobs. There are many great Starbucks but this is not one of them. I give them an F- in customer . service. I asked them to clean my drink off and the girl said no she did not do that and I needed to. Oh brother! Lousy service.

I've been going to this Starbucks for a while. The staff is super friendly and the environment is good for working. One time I forgot my snowman cookie and I called the store to let them know. The manager, Amanda, was nice enough to let me pick it up 2 days later! Thanks Amanda! There's indoor and outdoor seating. I've seen people bring their dogs to this Starbucks and sit in the outside area. There's also plenty of parking so it's definitely not a struggle to find a spot.

Great place to meet a friend! It's bright and the biggest Starbucks I've ever visited!! ( We heard it's the biggest one in the district)I'm a tea drinker.. And can't drink caffeine late at night if i want to sleep... Only one decaf tea available... Thankfully, it was tasty mint medley.Service was good and pleasant... Thanks so much!

Alfred has helped me a few times in the drive-through window. I just have to leave a review because his customer service skills are fantastic. I always feel well attended to and cared about when coming to this location and seeing Alford in the drive-through window. he is a five star employee!

This location is the nicest Starbucks I have been too. It was very clean and upon my arrival a very nice girl greeted me and helped me order and check out via my app. I received my drinks very quickly and the order was correct. I will definitely be returning here!

I recently visited a Starbucks location with my baby, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pleasant break from my busy day. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a nightmare due to the complete lack of a baby changing table in the restroom. To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to the attention of a Starbucks employee, I was met with laughter and unprofessional behavior. As any parent knows, finding suitable facilities for changing a baby's diaper is of utmost importance. It is not only a matter of hygiene but also a basic necessity for families with young children. It is utterly unacceptable that a global coffee chain like Starbucks fails to provide such a fundamental amenity.Upon entering the restroom, I was dismayed to discover the absence of a baby changing table. Desperate and left with no other option, I resorted to changing my baby's diaper on the unsanitary bathroom floor. This is not only unhygienic for my child but also exposes other customers to potential health risks.Feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, I approached a Starbucks employee to voice my concerns. Instead of empathy or assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude and inappropriate laughter. Such unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when addressing the needs of customers, particularly those with young children.Starbucks prides itself on being a customer-centric establishment, yet my experience indicates a blatant disregard for the needs of families and infants. It is disheartening to witness a company that claims to prioritize the well-being of its customers fail to provide basic facilities that accommodate the needs of families.I implore Starbucks to rectify this issue immediately. Installing baby changing tables in their restrooms should be a priority to ensure the comfort and convenience of all customers, regardless of age or family status. Additionally, it is imperative that the company addresses the unprofessional behavior of its staff, fostering a culture of respect and empathy towards all customers. In conclusion, my visit to Starbucks was marred by the absence of a baby changing table, forcing me to resort to unsanitary measures. The unprofessional response from the employee further aggravated my disappointment. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Starbucks to families with young children who require essential amenities and respectful treatment.

This is a relatively new location. I like that it's generally bigger then several of the Starbucks I have been to recently. There are plenty of seats, and tables to accommodate. As well as an outside patio. Starbucks is a consistent experience. This one is no different. I utilize mobile order all the time and have no problems just picking it up. I have been studying for a big Exam. And it's a good spot. Just bring NC headphones. I am sure this location has a fair share of entitled customers. Plus the drive through is always going. Drive through is quick.

Stop hiring b**** to work the drive-through. I'm tired of my morning being ruined by rude ppl . Bc some b*** has to work but doesn't like her job.

Please stop making your customers wait five minutes for a straw. Also, hire people who act like they actually want to be there and provide good customer service. The barista's at this location are not friendly at all. The location at Jann's and Moorpark goes above and beyond to greet their customers. Take notes. Only giving two stars because my drink is always correct.

The service at this location is amazing! I stopped by to pick up breakfast on Friday morning and the guy working truly made my day. He was so friendly and genuine. The barista who made my drink was also very nice. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. Both were delicious and just what I needed after a workout. This location is on the newer side and has plenty of seating inside and on the patio. It's a great spot to study or meet up with friends. There's plenty of parking as well.

Starbucks in the Janss marketplace has a pleasant staff and it is very convenient- however it is the slowest drive thru in all of conejo valley- and it's not even the busiest. I'm always in line 15-20 min even when the drive thru is half full. My kids even tell me "no mom, not that one!" And we always end up late to whatever we are doing. Definitely a drag because it's the closest one to my home/ but is rather drive out of my way to rancho or the dealerships, where they are speedy.

Today was not a good visit to this newer location in Thousand Oaks. Dear Hubby and I have been here a number of times; mostly at the drive-thru. This was my first time in the main lobby. After lunch at California Fish Grill, I felt like having a bit of dessert, so walked over to Starbucks.Once I got into the ordering line and checked out options for pastries / seasonal beverages, the long, long, long wait started. The person who was likely the Manager On Duty was getting a deposit ready for the Brink's security guard. I understood that as the reason that she didn't acknowledge me or the rest of the growing line of guests waiting to order. What was a mystery was why out of five other employees working not a one of them could make eye contact and say, "We'll be right with you"??? Instead, it started to feel like a bad joke of being invisible. I understand being busy, being short-staffed, and all the challenges of a retail environment. What I don't understand is the notion that not a one of the employees thought it was important to say something to the people waiting patiently in line.Once the transaction with the Brink's guard was done, it wasn't the manager that said anything to us in line - it was another employee who had been moving around nearby who finally opened a register and started taking orders. She didn't think to apologize or thank us for waiting; just acted like everything was normal.I don't think waiting 10 minutes to be able to order when you are the head of the line is that normal. While I was cooling my heels, I had time to look around. This location boasts a large lobby / dining room area. It is also one of the plainest / least interesting décor venues of the many Starbucks I've visited. Almost looks like they weren't done with the decorating, but opened anyway. As you can tell, I wasn't very impressed with the visit. The Frappuccino I ordered was just okay - maybe trying something new wasn't my best bet, as the whole visit was just not very satisfying. I'll definitely give them another try, but today didn't inspire any immediacy to return soon.

Out of the 23,549 locations here in Thousand Oaks, this Starbucks is one of the best in town. They usually have the smoked bacon egg sandwich, but sometimes not, so maybe order less toxic "beyond" sandwiches and more of the ones with actual meat. Beyond () the sandwich fandangle, this location is always fast and accurate. Today I got the bacon egg bites, and they put them in a small cup for me, much easier to eat while I'm knee driving. I love the fast friendly staff.
