Starbucks inside Target. They weren't too busy. I ordered my drink after the cashier was done filling the food display. She didn't acknowledge my presence until she was done even though I was standing at the counter in front of her. Oye
I visit all of the Starbucks in the Conejo Valley and this one is my least favorite! The help seemed bored with her job and this happened on both of my visits at this Starbucks. Get a different employee to man this kiosk!
