If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Tonight i eyewitnessed a homeless man being kicked out of this location, because he had a seizure here two and a half years ago and the manager Sharon who called the emt on his behalf seems to have a grudge out for this person and told the rest of the staff that he is banned from spending his money there. If that is the type of service that employees at this location give to the public I will find another coffee place to give my business to.

The atmosphere doesn't make you want to stay and hang out. The parking sucks, mostly due to the impatient self ordained VIP's that park right in front instead of where you're supposed to. They get the orders wrong half the time because their just not paying attention to the order details. Basically, it's an "only if I have to" location.

I ordered TRIENTA Ice tea LIGHT ICE with a SPLASH of lemonade, the lemonade is SO ACIDIC that it ruined my iced tea so ordered an extra iced tea to dilute it. There was hardly ANY iced tea in either and was given VENTI both times.

I went into Starbucks I wanted coffee and I walked out empty-handed I don't speak Syarbuckian and a small is small and medium is medium a large or large cream sugar whatever what the hell is vente and all that I don't speak Starbucian. it's embarrassing

This place was disgusting! A total mess around 2pm on 4/1/23. The counter was covered in puddles of spilled drinks from previous orders. Our cups were set down in these puddles while they were being filled. The barista "tried" to clean our cups and "sippy lids" by wiping them off with her dirty apron. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the entire area behind the counter was dirty. A woman came in and leaned against the counter when trying to get her drink and got her pants all dirty from the spilled drinks that were on the counter. There were plenty of people working... cleanliness was not part of their concern.
