Window worker 1/3 12:41 was friendly and asked about our day until we asked if we can get the foam replaced with more coffee (nitro cold brew is a regularly ordered drink for us and it’s normally filled to the top). The worker responded with “oh it’s because it’s nitro -it always comes out like that…I can put it in a bigger cup if you want?”Which is just insulting. A bigger cup doesn’t fix the issue of lack of standardization. If the cup is a specific size and you’re paying for the cup size you should get what you paid for. Regardless of the “head” created. Play stupid games win stupid prizes I guess. I’ll go out of my way to drive to a different Starbucks going forward.

My frappuccino was watery. It also was not slushy. Like my drink had been sitting around out in the sun for an hour … though I just got it. Plus they skimped on the whipped cream. Barely any covered the top of my drink.Then I was only one of two people waiting inside for a drink and it took like 5 min … while I overheard a worked “working” while having a personal phone call on a headset.Though have to say, nice clean and shaded outdoor seating.Won’t be stopping back at this location.

This location is in Westlake Village, on Thousand Oaks Blvd, catty corner to the TO Post Office.The people are always welcoming and great. Location is clean. Service is fast. Food and drinks are consistent.Great place to get together for an informal business meeting.They still have a small supply chain issue with a few items. Prices also seem to keep creeping up. I spent $15 on a coffee drink, egg bites, and a scone. Would I get a better breakfast deal elsewhere? Absolutely. And end up with something more substantial. But I'm aware of that and this is admittedly convenient.
this starbucks is the worst. I hate that it's the closest one to my work my drink is simple but wrong most of the time & more than half the time the outside of the cup is dirty or sticky. I hate complaining but when you pay $7 daily you kinda hope that there is consistency like how lazy and wasteful is this.. why not just wipe the cup off? instead you throw another cup on it. so annoying

I go there at least twice a week. I order the same drink every single time, brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. 1 out of 5. They give me what I ordered. Literally they give me coffee with milk and a random syrup or no syrup at all. This morning I got an irish iced coffee. Very disappointing. I haven’t complained because there are a lot of people waiting in the drive thru but it has gotten ridiculous. Not sure what is going on with the baristas over there. I am just going to drive 10 more mins to go to a different Starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. A simple americano took over 25 minutes to receive, meanwhile we see car after car to by in the drive through line. Will not ever be coming back in person.
