despite the fact that all the staff were free, they completely ignored me and continued to chat pleasantly among themselves

The staff here are really friendly. They look like they enjoy working here and if you’re a regular they know your name and order upon arrival. *queue cheers theme song*

I asked for an extra toasted everything bagel and I received it without it being extra toasted. I gave it back and afterwards was given the bagel below (see picture). Today is the second day this has been happening, no matter how much I stress that I would please like an extra toasted bagel, my request fails to be fulfilled.

They close before the time, at 9 they no longer let you pick up in the store and the schedule says at 10. They talk to you badly and scold you when you're not bad

Whether it’s going through the drive through or picking it up from the counter they actually don’t miss. My coffee is always so fire. It’s exactly what I expect each time and I know I can trust them to make it really good!
Good Starbucks and super fast
We were here two days in a row as walk-in customers. These were the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time, especially at a location with a drive through where those customers seem to get the most attention. We were greeted when we walked in the door, our orders were taken promptly by friendly and helpful employees, the food and beverages were prepared quickly and tasted great. And there is plenty of seating. This location is getting back to the original Starbucks goal of being a "third place". We will be back!

Store windows and online site say this place is open till 10 pm. Got kicked out and doors locked to customers at 9pm and told the store hours were wrong.

unfriendly barista working the morning shift 4:30 am 09/18/24. Service is ill. Food and beverage quality is low. It tasted like the barista did not wash their hands when grabbing the cheese danish. Then after barista tells me “next time do you mind stopping at the speaker phone.” Just a cherry on top to an already bad morning for me. You can’t have bad quality food and beverage and unfriendly service at the same time.

It's big, it has space to sit. They treated us very well. My only recommendation is to bring a coat because the A/C is very cold.

Went to get hot chocolate last night and when I finished my cup I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. I thought it was maybe an eyelash or fuzz. I didn’t think much of it but when I opened the lid to the cup I saw this hair stuck on the inside of the cup. I was grossed out and disappointed. I always come here and never have any problems but that was annoying.
Not same as your time schedule. Only receive drive thru ???? Even not 22.00 yet.
very disappointed with the staff members and management here i am a very loyal customer come here everyday and today was different i went and got my starbucks green tea and when i got into my car it spilled everywhere because of my son and when i went back inside the barista agreed to make my drink again then management cMe over and said we don’t do that it’s not our fault your kid spilled your drink we will not make your tea over again and was very rude about it
i’m very upset with this location as i spend allot of money here daily
wish i could speak to the general manager of this place
i will not be returning to this location again
