Some Asian lady named Jenna helped me with an Uber Eats order I was working on. She was nice and helpful until I asked her to use the restroom. With this very condescending smile on her face she told me restrooms were for customers only. If I wanted to buy something I could use the restroom. I'm helping her and her company by fulfilling orders but I guess that's not good enough to be extended the courtesy of being allowed to use their restroom. I have never had that experience at any other location, I truly believe it was borderline racism.

I order at this Starbucks every single day since I work at a dealership right down the road. After ordering a drink earlier in the day, I came back to see if I could just get a glass of ice water. They told me that I needed to order something to be able to get a cup of water. I come here every single day… And I can’t get a glass of water without purchasing something else? This place is a freaking joke. I’ll start going somewhere else, coffee bean doesn’t give me such a hassle.

On hot days staff inattentive at the service window (this store is kiosk format) making customers wait in the unshaded area for service. If you need to use restroom they won’t give you the code but will leave the service area, to come open the door with a code they keep hidden (I’m a well dressed in business attire).

Parking lot and drive thru is crazy. They have a walk up window. Unfortunately the lady and puppy I was with have zero manners and extreme entitlement issues!! She was banging on the window of the walk up (I was mortified), yelling “hello!!” it was visibly clear the employees were helping other people inside. I was very impressed how the employees handled her with the same joy and happiness they would anyone else!! Well done to them!!!

Crazy location and a drive thru that is a bit challenging but if you want that coffee bad enough you can try it. Personally I do the walk up window. It’s much easier and faster than the drive thru. Service is great, staff is friendly and you know what you are getting. It’s Starbucks.

I arrived at 8:29pm, a minute before they closed. No one answered me till 8:31 and the worker just said she was closed. I just wanted water, she didn't care.
